Everyone's favorite Korean snack, Tteokbokki

I made spicy tteokbokki simply.

Ingredients
(1 serving)
200g of tteokbokki rice cake
1 fish cake
1/2 green onions
1C of water (200ml)
Sauce :
2T oligosaccharide
2T red pepper powder
1T soy sauce
1T sugar
1T red pepper paste
The abbreviations for the ingredients are as follows:
C=1Cup(200ml)
T=Tablespoon
t=teaspoon

I first tried these at a Korean food shop with my sister and I’ve been hooked ever since. Only started cooking them at home recently since the Asian grocer near my area started stocking the refrigerated type. My favourite veggies to put with them is green onion, garlic chopped up kelp/seaweed and some carrot sticks. Mushrooms cut into quarters go really well with the rice cakes, too.
