1968 Camaro Project #31 Rust Repair on Passenger Side Rocker and Rebuild Inner Structure

I repair the rusted out passenger side rocker. Cutting out old rotten metal and welding in new shiny stuff is very satisfying.

I still remember doing body work in the 70’s. For a resale, we filled all rust holes up with bondo.
8:23 did you clean the surface rust from this open area? LQQK’n good.

Thanks! I think that's what they did. I wire wheeled the rust as far as I could reach. I plan on spraying a rust encapsulator in the rockers.
