Speavy has the unique ability to front stab. It's similarly deadly to the spy's backstab, except he just walks up to you and stabs you in the kidney repeatedly.
He isn't known for his stealth, but he is at very least equally feared.

The Holiday Punch is the way I play Speavy. It lets you disguise as a friendly, and it can backstab. It can even one-shot any class with a backstab as long as you can pull off a taunt. Not very useful for chain stabs though.

Honestly, if you could just de-equip the minigun for a faster move speed, Heavy would suddenly have SO many new playstyles...
EDIT: while some people may worry about someone so tanky being able to move faster, keep in mind that Demoknight is capable of having both the effective health of a Heavy and speed of a Scout at the same time.
