    Hari Om Yogishri🙏
The combination of the capacity to decode and understand the principles and to apply them practically is needed for us to actually transform our life and evolve spiritually. The yogic approach helps us in this - to live a fulfilled life and also grow spiritually. And the whole process of growth is so enjoyable when we follow this.
    Dimensions of Srishta:
Ascertaining: Becoming very clear with what we want to create/ achieve. When our mind is confused/ our energy is scattered, the universe cannot help us in a specific way. We should focus on what we want and stop complaining. This is a sadhana.
Determination: Being consistent is the key.
Connection: Being connected with the goal at all levels of our personality. Being inspired and have deep emotional connection.
Abundance: Abundance in energy. Not feeling limited. This energy opens us up and takes us towards the infinite. Being zestful and cheerful (utsaha) and seeing the possibility of growth. All these energies are in a dormant state within us. Consistent sadhana will help us awaken the best from within us.
    Thank you so much Yogishri🙏

    Hari Om
Thank you Yogishri for giving deeper wisdom week after week.
Many answers have come from the session for my situation now.
Srishta - to create - Be a Prajapathi and create our life
Srishta - to ascertain - to be clear and ascertain what we want in our life ... To fix goals
Determination - be determined and go through the process of achieving the goals. Nothing should pull us down in the process of achieving the goals.
To connect - Be connected to the goal/target at all levels. Connect emotionally, be inspired, connect at the thought level and at the Prana level. Have a zest and energy go toward achieving it.
The divine powers are hidden within us, we need to surrender to the Guru Shakthi and to the higher power in order to unearth them ... At the same time, so not allow the power nor the ego to control us.
Our energies should focus on what we want rather than what we don't want .. move from complaining mode to that of gratitude 🙏
Incident from Shri Hanuman's life is very inspiring 🙏
My heartfelt gratitude and humble Pranams 🙏🙏🙏

    My understanding is as below
Spirituality is more about experience than bookish knowledge
    Dimensions of Shrishta
Ascertain - Be clear about what you want to achieve.
Determination- Be determined to acieve what u want
Inspired /Emotional connection - Always be inspired about you goal. Be emotionally connected
    Abundance - Think big
Always surrender to guru shakthi . In spirituality you don't get saturated. Do sadhana regularly
    Thanks yogishri🙏🙏🙏

  • @krishnavijayaraghavan9514

    Hari Om,
This is what I learned in today's discourse.
All scriptures including the Bhagavad Gita have to be decoded using the Yogic approach before understanding and applying them to transform our lives. Just as Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Physics have terminology and equations that use the English language but being an expert in English doesn't by itself help you to understand these topics, merely being a scholar in Samskritam isn't sufficient to understand and apply the Bhagavad Gita. Also, there is no point in merely intellectually knowing something if it doesn't help us practically in our lives.
To transform from Praja to Prajapathi, move from an attitude of complaining to gratitude. Hanuman was humble and didn't know about his own powers even though he was a Rudra avatar.
The word Srishta gives us clues into how to materialize, i.e., how to be a Prajapati or creator. Srishtva is past tense of Srishta.
Srishta means creation. The first dimension is Ascertain your goal. We need to know where we are going. The second aspect is Determination. When we have started on a journey to a destination, if we keep stopping and getting distracted, we won't reach our destination. The third aspect is emotional connection. When we are emotionally connected to something, that also brings along our intellect, prana and actions. The fourth aspect is abundance or Shri. Don't be limited in your thinking. At the same, be realistic. Have a stretch goal.
In response to a Sadhak's question regarding powers that arise along the way, the Master said, "Oblate them to the Higher".
    Thank you Sir.

    Hari Om Yogishri :)
Thank you for providing so much joy, strength and comfort through the weekly discourses! The wisdom you impart here is too invaluable and I'm inspired to keep spirituality at the centre/ as the base in my life.
Putting down the Sadhana points and principles I learned:
    1. Studying the Gita/ scriptures through a mere intellectual or scholastic approach will only trigger my ego and leave me feeling saturated with the illusion of knowledge. It won't let me progress any further, and I should beware of this trap. Instead, it is only in the Yogic approach that the more I get into the verses, the more it triggers my seeking and instills a child-like spirit of learning. Expanding this to all areas of my life will enable me to experience everything in a fresh way, as if it's for the first time! This will help me stay inspired, be in the moment fully and maximise my learning in every instance!
    2. Another dimension of Srstva reveals the key to manifestation: forming an emotional connect with the goal! Emotions are nothing but energy in motion and carry a lot of power! Keeping this at the centre ensures that my Pranas, thoughts and actions are also aligned with the goal, and provides the fuel to complete the course of action necessary to achieve my goal.
    3. Srstva also refers to abundance in energy, translating to feeling and thinking big rather than limiting myself! It also refers to being full of life and zestful. By applying this principle to the goals I set, I should ensure that they're not unrealistic, but that I am stretched - this stretch is what will help me progress and keep expanding my limits, with the end point of this expansion/ abundance being the infinite! Lord Hanuman is the perfect representation of this principle! I'll need to keep at my Sadhana and do it with a lot of passion and emotion to awaken these powers.
    4. While doing Sadhana, many powers small or big may manifest, but I shouldn't have any value for and get excited by them, lest I get stuck at this level. To ensure that I stay humble keeping only God-realisation as the goal and not any of these smaller manifestations, I can invoke the Guru Shakti before the Sadhana and oblate the manifestations to the Shakti.
These messages leave me feeling inspired, confident and more powerful while also being immensely grateful and humble. As always, thank you for everything, Yogishri!
    🙇‍♀

Hari AUM. Thank you Sri Yogishri for adding more dimensions to SrishtvA .
One must assess what scriptures describe and their relevance, since they contain coded messages which are based on yogic principles.
The scriptures are in encoded language and a yogi is needed to decode them.
Coded language means that the principles are embedded in the statements.
    Superficial understanding offers limited benefit.
The study of scriptures is the study of oneself and it is used to transform oneself.
A yogi’s uniqueness is in the depth of understanding of scriptures and imparting them as sadana to sadaka-s in order for sadaka-s to grow spiritually.
A yogi also has the intellectual ability to assimilate the message in the scriptures.
It is the ability to maintain inspiration to learn that is the key.
Enjoying the depth of message gives raise to patience.
SrishtA is creation which contains the secret of materialization.
Two dimensions of srishtvA were seen that included ascertaining and determined or resolve.
If one is certain what one wants, then the Universe will help in the process.
Determination will prevent one from distractions.
Consistent action leads to reaching goal that is set.
The 3rd dimension of srishtvA is connected or joined which means reaching the set goals at emotional, thought, and pranic levels.
Emotional connection automatically links to pranic level.
There is no room for tamasic approach to worldly and spiritual growth.
The 4th dimension of srishtA is abundance in energy.
The energy of abundance will break the shackles of ephemeral or finite.
The endpoint of abundance is the Infinite.
One must awaken the dormant forces that lie within oneself.
The endpoint of a goal must be attainable.
There is no limitation to what can be achieved by one.

    Hari Om Yogishri,
Thank you so much Yogishri for today's discourse and meditation. It was very relevant and had a lot of points which gave me clarity on various issues I was pondering over. Thank you Yogishri.
Some important points in today's discourse:
    1. We need an expert to interpret the codified language. Only a person experienced in the subject matter can do that. Therefore a Guru is most important for spiritual development.
    2. The third point is creating an emotional connect with the goal. We need to connect with out goal in thought, word, emotion and prana.
    3. A goal is one that wakes you up from your bed.
    4. In order to achieve the goal, one must be ready to do whatever is required.
    5. How to fix a goal - we need to sit and take deep breaths in a relaxed manner and think about the goal and stretch a bit to the extent that we don't get anxious and fix that as a goal. If you get anxious then it is beyond your capacity and hence shouldn't be your goal.
    6. The fourth point is abundance.
    Thank you so much Yogishri.

    Namaste Guruji,
Thank you for yet another practical session.
I feel very blessed to be able to listen to this every week.
    What I learnt today:
For the scriptures to help us,we need to understand the practical relevance in life, rather than a theoretical knowledge .
It requires an insatiable thirst to learn.
    Shrishtah:
2.Mental determination gives a consistency of effort.Consistent effort is needed to bridge the gap between the present and the goal.
    3.being connected,joined emotionally
To the goal at all levels:our thought, emotions, prana, action
Becoming emotionally connected, being inspired,is essential. This will push us on the right path.
If we have a goal, and yet fail to find the rt course of action,it’s because there is no emotional connection.
4.Abundant energy.Feeling big, unlimited, break the shackles limiting us in every area.avoid compromising for anything but the best. The end point of abundance is the infinite.Having the zest, energy to achieve .,seeing the possibilities of growth always.Challenge ourself everyday to keep growing.
A yogi is not blessed with special powers, they make an effort to harness their power.
Stretch your goal to a reachable extreme, once it is reached, stretch more.
    With sincere gratitude,
    Usha

    Humble pranams, Yogishri 🙏🙏🙏
Many, many thanks for today's very powerful discourse followed by very soothing meditation.
How can we materialise things ?
    1. Find out what I exactly want
    2. Be determined
    3. Be connected
    4. Abundance mindset
Today, because the mind has acquired lots of impurities,it is negative ,so finding what I want by itself is a herculean task. From simple things to extraordinary things, what I want is not clear. The mind simply keeps complaining of what it lacks and taking pleasure reminiscing about it.
Once I find out what my immediate goal is , and be consistent about it, become mentally ,emotionally, pranically connected to it and keep gathering all my energies towards the goal, the goal gets fructified.
As we keep doing sadhana, many powers will get awakened and we should not get lost in it as these powers are all given by infinite to reach the infinite which is my ultimate goal.
I can clearly see that I am getting more and more challenges and also could see my strength and courage has relatively increased to face those challenges and become ready for the next one.
Thank you for raising my awareness day by day.
I can clearly find that discipline in carrying out my regular day to day activities and the focus and zest while performing those activities are completely lacking in me. Kindly help me in becoming a very disciplined person which I believe is the basis of enjoying life to the fullest.
Ananta koti pranams to you 🙏 🙏 🙏

    Hari Om Guruji,
Thanks for the powerful session with the energy blast and the healing. There energy level was Very powerful and Intense.
As correctly said it's only a expert who can unearth the true value of anything so is true for spirituality as well as we may be the master of the language but that does not guarantee that we have decoded the message or the principle of the Verse or the scripture per say. We may the master of language but may not be the master of the subject for this we need to dive in deep and eak out the principle.
And any true expert always feel that there is more to know. Only this way we can transform ourselves.
The principle of sristwa tells us to be specific with our goals so we need to ascertain our goal then be determined to achieve it and being determined helps us align our thoughts, emotions, prana etc to our goal and then awaken the energy of abundance. In doing so we need to be realistic and strech to the extent we can and once we achieve that we can go further till we reach the infinite.
Thanks once again for the powerful session today Guruji.

The great achievers and experts in the field are always in the mode of learning, they never say that they know it all.
To be able to manifest anything, we need to be assertive, be sure and clear about what we want, then we need to be determined, which means we need not get deviated from our goal. Clarity is important, probably maybe, there is no doubt.

    Hari Om Yogishri
Thanks so much for today's session dealing with the detailed principles of Shishta - creation
We saw how it is not enough if a person has the scholarly ability in the language of the scriptures , but what's important is to decode the principles based on which the scriptures are written. The example of mathematics being coded in alphabets like a,b,c and x,y,z was really helpful to understand this. Thanks much for that!
Also, the master decodes and presents it in a form where the student can apply it to real life circumstances. This is probably the most important aspect of this Yogic wisdom and Yogic culture. Without the master , neither decoding can occur, nor application can happen. This itself is a great inspiration for the Guru Purnima day that's going to come in July.
We saw the 4 aspects of Shrishta :-Ascertaining, Determination, Being connected with and Abundance
    1 . ascertaining
Restaurant example, looking at the menu and ordering. if you give the choice to server, you might not like what he gives. So it is important to be very clear
    2. determination
focus on one thing and be well directed.
Be consistent action in the direction of the goal, no distractions are allowed
    3. being connected or being joined
Connection with the goal at all levels of your personality - thoughts, emotions, prana's
-> story of scholar who had only wisdom but no emotion
    4. abundance - feeling big
going for the best vs compromising at some level
    shri= goddess Lakshmi = abundance
From your level, stretch out a lot to gain and achieve your goal , one should not be miserly
We also saw the example of lord hanuman and how he had forgotten his powers, and then was reminded
    Pranams & Warm regards,
    Subramanyan

    Namaste Yogishri,
Very insightful and practical tips related to materialization of goals have been given in this session.
An important aspect of materializing a goal is being emotionally connected to it. Emotions carry a lot of prana shakthi. Emotion is nothing but energy in motion. The emotion acts as a motivator.
The above is so true. I can personally relate to it very much. It is also very related to the next dimension.
Another dimension of srishti is abundance. The goals you set need to be ambitious and stretching the limits of what you can achieve. Many times, we tend to just settle for mediocre goals.
After a while, when I look back to evaluate goals that I have set for myself in the recent past, I can see the lack of "emotional connectedness" in some of them and definitely sense a relaxation in "level of ambitiousness". Grateful to be receiving this wisdom and hope to implement these in my life from now!
    Thanks,
    Deepak

    Points to ponder:
    1. Whenever we get saturated in anything it means we are covering the length and not enjoying the depth of it.
    2. Always focus on what we want rather than on what we don't want..our focus on what we don't want leads us to a complaining attitude.
    3. Dimensions of shrushta
    a) ascertain - clarity in what we want. Setting a goal suitable to our level.
    b) determination
    c) connection to the goal emotionally..when we connect emotionally pranas and thoughts also get connected.
    d) abundance.

    Decoding the verses
Just as the knowledge within a scientific field will have to be decoded in order to provide practical application, the language of the shastras also requires to be decoded in order to make it practical for everyday life.
    Srishti (Creation): Aspects
Ascertain: Clarity about what you want
Determine: To put in every effort to make it possible
Abundance: An abundance of energy to make it possible.
Connect: To connect with the goal at every level, at the thought level, at the emotional level which in turn would lead to actions. This creates a zest, an utsah to complete it.

The Points learned in today's lecture :-
    1. An expert in any field is able to understand the messages hidden in the coded language of his subject of expertise because of his thorough knowledge of that subject and because of his ability to penetrate and go deeper.
    2. Yogi also has thorough knowledge of ancient wisdom as well as the ability to penetrate deeper, that's why he is able to decode the hidden messages of ancient scriptures.
    3. The aspects of सृष्ट: are Assertion, Determine and Emotionally getting Connected.
    4. Assertion means being able to find out what it is that we want in life. The goal which we are able to conceive. Even though it looks like a very simple aspect, it's very difficult to find out what exactly we want in our life.
    5. Determine means sticking to the goal which we want to achieve by not keeping changing every now and then the goal which we decided to achieve.
    6. If we don't have any goal in our life then our energy gets fritter away here & there in unimportant things.
    7. Determine means to start walking towards our goal. To start taking consistent efforts towards achieving our goal.
    8. Getting emotionally connected means our emotions are involved in the goal which we have determined.
    9. When we get emotionally connected to our goal then even our Thoughts, our Pranas gets connected to the goal and then that goals push us out of our Tamas and gets us in actions to achieve it.
    Thank you Yogishri☺️🪷

Every God-realized person will have different experiences in their life. The Infinite Power uses different human brains to implement His will or policies. Arjuna is a clear example. Namaskarama Yogishri, I love the Kaya Tatva Sadhana materials. Thank you for teaching the empowerment course. You mentioned that if we are sick it is ok to listen to the Kaya Tatva materials in the evening for a few days along with our regular Yoga Sankirtan in the morning. Specifically, which Kaya Tatva MP3s should we listen too? Thank you for answering my question. No rush at all in answering. I feel GREAT after implementing what I learned during the empowerment. I just wanted to know for future reference. Enjoy the day, Donna
