After removing the three screws pull panel up not outward to slide it off the connection points. Prying outward will break the connectors/panel mounting points.

hi friend a question. is it possible to mount a complete kit of led lights on handles for objects and bulky lights on this type of audi q3?
All clips have been remained in the door😆, bad job my friend
Right? Half of the mounts in my panel tore in half, leaving the clips in the door. Thanks VAG!
I definitely would use a metal screwdriver to remove trim,use a plastic tool
