Question, why don't you clean the surface of your table? There's no way all of that paint isn't dry or partially dry. I get how it's easier to find colors but at the same time it's all just mixed together and getting a specific color may be difficult. Idk maybe you do clean it and just put more paint on it. Just curious :)
Most likely this is oil paint which takes at least 8 hours for them to harden a little but even then they're still wet and could take a few days to even two weeks to dry, it all depends on what oils are in it really, but also they most likely make a lot of their videos in bulk and probably had them all out previously for painting since they have so much experience with mixing colors.

That scraper is metal, and metal can't be colour matched because it reflects. It's like asking if you can color match a mirror ;-;

I believe it’s oil paint and oil paint never really drys out

He use oil paint which took like hours to dry off so it just doesn't matter

Dioxazine Purple is black in masstone. If you need a mixing black: Phthalo Green (Blue shade) + Quinacridone Magenta.
