I only knew about Build A Bear. Didn’t realise there was a bear museum. I tend to make my own teddies from scratch. It is quite therapeutic when you get lost in the motions of making them.

OMG minori sister I too went to teady bear museum but at 14th May I made 2 cute teady bears my teady bear names are I really like Harry Potter so I kept them as Harry and Hermione and I brought 3 pairs of clothes for them and I also brought two cute little pom pom teady bear as Harry Potter and Hermione s pet and I give them cute little clothes and I kept the date for them 22 Dec and may 2 and I think minori sister did you make stickers for them
Maybe you could name him Mr. Honeydale? He looks like a candy shop owner with the apron, and a dad with the other outfit! 😄

I think you should name him/her CreamPuff! It’s good because it has an apron and a soft color. Aprons are usually worn in kitchens so it makes cream puffs! 🧈

Thanks Minori for bringing the japanese Teddy bear shop to me in my room. I couldn't travel to Japan but hope to do it soon. It reminds me of Jeju Teddy museum in korea! Also build a bear workshop here.

I absolutely lost it watching this. As if I needed another reason to go visit Japan. This one will be a bit harder to talk my boyfriend into with our getting the “your a weirdo but ok” look. I love them all so much. He looks like such a gentleman with his little friends

Do the Totoro one! I love build a bears I'm from St. Louis Missouri and the headquarters are located here. I have some Pokemon, my little pony, sonic and Mario ones. I've also repaired a lot of second hand thrift plush. I love saving them and giving them a second chance to be treasured.

Last year I did a complete restoration of my first teddy bear. I put him in the washer, but since he was 40 years old the stuffing wasn’t cotton it was completely destroyed. I decided to completely restore him myself… stuffing, eyes… he wasn’t made of great quality fur, but I did my best and it was such a fun project!
That place is so adorable! I like the hands on appeal of stuffing your own teddy bear instead of just having a machine do it. The bear designs are so cute and sweet thank you for the video!

Your bear reminds me so much of Corduroy (the book) so I feel like you should name him Corduroy and plus he looks so sweet! I’ve always wanted to go to this place it seems so fun to do, it looks amazing I just wish for atleast I could be able to go to make my own bear at this place! This is just a dream to do, I wish I could go here, make my own bear, explore, be able to speak and read the language, so I can have the best experience possible! OMG! I would have gone nuts with the Ghibli stuff! And to be able to make my own Totoro? Yes, please! Wish we had that in North America. There was way too much cute in this video.
I feel like Build A Bear is designed to get as many people done as fast as possible, so using the machine means little kids can have their bear (relatively) quickly, rather than try to stuff the bear themselves (which, to be honest, would probably take forever with some kids). I agree that this way makes you more attached to the bear because you've put so much into it.
