Regret doesn't have to mean crippling anxiety and guilt like most negative feelings and experiences seem to for a lot of people in recent times. It's just, I wish it had gone, I had done it, different. That's how we learn and grow.

Love that humble guy…my family’s fave from his character as the “Shark boy” with Lava girl. He’s a great actor. Sadly, ge and Taylor Swift didn’t end up together.

This is what I believe. That VMA moment was humiliating. Taylor felt so much disappointment and hurt, and she made a decision to end their relationship due to this situation. Lautner went on more than one occasion to say he was sorry for that day because he had no idea it wasn’t a skit. Then Swiftie even makes references in Back to December. The VMA is what caused the demise of their relationship, and Lautner has regrets, as does Swiftie about breaking up with him. They could still have love in their hearts for each other but just accept the reality of moving forward with their lives, which is why they are friends today.
What Kanye didn’t understand is that if Beyoncé had the best video of all time THEN she would be on that STAGE instead of TAYLOR. All Kanye did was embarrass himself and when Taylor finally extracted her revenge it was so sweet 😂😂😂😂
