some kind of weighted pullup routine to add in a routine. Progression for weights, tips to prevent injuries from weighted pullups and the best way to add weight to pullups. Thanks man you're the best!!
Nobody talks about this. You see all those insane athletes in calisthenics meets but very few would come forward and share the knowledge to get to the next level. How are we supposed to grow as a community if that's how it goes? Thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge. Here's to more strength and power for everyone!
Without a doubt this is the most valuable calisthenics video I've ever seen . I mean English is not even his native language and see how he manages to teach all of us the foundations of our sport so easily. Saibov I can just Thank you for the work the time the effort you've put into this video! Stay very blessed
I'm actually speechless wasn't expecting a this good tutorial on how to increase the pull up reps! Thank you so much you provided some really really good tips that no one talks about! 👊💪👏
Eye- opener video for me after neglecting my pulling strenght for an unwanted long period of time so far. Couldn't have asked for a better treasure trove of tools to get back up on my best pulling shape!. Thanks Rusland.Your faithful subscriber appreciate it!.
DUDE YOU ARE A LIFESAVER. That tip- a little bit worse form for more cycles and improving mental strenght is brutally useful! I just got past my max thanks man! I see that breathing is very important too! Thank you I lacked mental strenght and you just helped me to get rid of that problem!
I always capped at 18 reps, then the quarantine came by so i had to workout at home, only did pull ups with push ups and squats every single day and i made it to 27 reps in 2 months.
This is the best max pull ups video I've ever seen, lot of people out there give nothing but bull*hit, but here, you gave real advices and practical tips that really help. Thanks brother
Hey man it's crazy how well you can transmit your knowledge, just found your channel days ago and i just wanna thank you for sharing this. Straight to the point! Keep it up :)
Finally someone that I agree with! 💪 Everyone else says stop when form is getting off track.. gonna be hard to get past that without putting in a few shorter reps and dirtier form. Great video man!
Dude, this might be the best way to do pull ups. I did this without realizing it but now that you said it like this it made me so much more confident. Thank you, man
Maaan your Pull-ups are Super Clean and really explosive, I consider myself good at Pull-ups but you're definitely more impressive than me. I'm sure you can do 50 ✊
Thank you for the knowledgeable tips my man! I can do 28 clean pull ups with average rep speed. I'll surely implement the wrist flick and the fast partial reps to overcome mental barrier concept. Keep going bro! You're an inspiration!
I really love your content man. Also your approach-it's like you are kinda bored and annoyed explaining all those stuff but at the same time it's clear to see that you love what your doing and you are passionate about it. Keep it up.
This is some great insight. All i hear from other people is "focus on your form". I like the idea of starting "dirty" to get more reps and break that mental barrier, then clean up the form. Much thanks, I will definitely stay tuned in to your videos.
It's just like a personal no bullshit trainer. I'm happy to have found this channel. New subscriber here. Thank u for the very straight detailed tutorial.
I grapple a lot and my friends always compliment me on my grip .I do a variety of pull ups with out leaving the bar and similar to what you do for gripping and rope climb after my grappling section .New to your channel keep it up. .
Really nice tips that no one talks about...we always forget that the first pull up is not done by a beginner with the best form. But doing it anyway with less than best form definately develops that muscle memory neurologically which helps further with doing more than one pull up or doing them with best form.
🤯 The best how to do more pullups tutorial I ever watched. Front lever tutorial next? Btw i can do 35 pullups and ugly 3-4 sec front lever so i want to progress in front lever cuz i have deacent pulling strength but i m really tall so front lever seems hard for me. Keep up good work 💪🦍.
As someone with very heavy legs and new to pull-ups, a world champion in rope skipping, I found it very helpful. And I would meet this person in a gym, I would become his client without thinking but knowing the decision was right. Keep sharing this amazing content, have watched some of your videos already and they are amazing. Best regards from Norway.
Loved this video and you gained a sub. I was training pull-ups previously and got 23 straight with strict form. I'm currently challenging myself to get 100 in 10 minutes. Current best is 81. I'll shoot you an update when I get that 100.
Bro you probably got the best body i have ever seen. Also your hard works and efforts to teach us are the best. I don't know man why people aren't appreciating this.

Between I'm really grateful for this video. I have been trying many different methods to increase my pull ups...I was stuck at 27 slow pull ups in a row and been googling around various ideas and testing them for the last month. Honestly every minute on the minute was also my first though but I wanted to try other methods just to be sure. I think I will go back to EMOM
Saibov: You cannot do 50 reps by doing slow pullups. 105 pullup guy: ??? Anyways great video!! I learned a lot from this. The 105 pullup guy's method is really hard and it requires much more grip strength.
haha😂 Yeah bro his 100+ pull ups is just something else! and that's true he might be laughing at this video but as well as most of endurance athletes can smoke him in a race of speed pull ups😀 Thank you bro!
What you said about the muscle adaptation was so helpful! I always stuck on full range of motion because thats what everybody says the right thing, but since I started to break the form a little and focus on more reps it helped me progress faster with a lot of exercises! Thanks man, really helpful!
wow, i've bought some routines from world champion athlete but never heard of some of your tips. I mean, you answered questions i had in my mind for a long time. That is the top one video i've ever seen on pull up ( i have 30 cleans pull-up)
Awesome videos brother, one of the most skilled calisthenics athletes alive Indeed... nobody never talked about those "extra tips" before and actually you speak in a really clear manner...only quality bro, wish you the best from Italy🇮🇹
Thank you for your tips. For the longest time I concentrated on always locking out at the bottom and because of it, I developed elbow tendinitis. Everyone's body is different, some people can do a full lock out and never develop tendinitis but others do develop it. Now I will follow your tips and stop myself from a full lockout. Maybe with time my body becomes stronger and I can begin to lock out again.
I used to do my chin ups all the wa down too even weighted. No scapula retraction either I was probably lucky not to injure myself when I did weighted chin ups. I'd get elbow pain in my right elbow I'd also get it when I did any curls and going all the way down may have been a reason. Now on weighted pull ups/chin ups I don't go all the way dow nnbut I'm still going down far enough. As long as you ain't half repping. Saibovs point about the shortening the range of motion helps. Jason Blaha has also mentioned his shoulder pain too from chin ups.
I like the way you said "you're not in the competition, you're in training, just trust the possess, and train, don't listen to the those bullshiters, just focus on yourself"
My problem was the full range of motion I use to think you need full range of motion to increase reps other youtubers told me this and believed it and you told me the truth thankyou, I'm gonna shorten the ROM then clean up from and do better reps and build more muscle thankyou SAIVOB🙏. THIS HELPS.
Great Video man! Nice input for all of us👌🏽 In your 6th point, you have mentioned fast excentric movements to make it easier to perform the concentric movement again. In sports science, this is called the stretching and shortening cycle😁 The short rapid streching stores energy in the tendons, which is released explosively during the concentrating motion💪🏽 I hope I could help you as well 🙌🏽
Enjoyed watching. Very interesting about the limited range of movement idea to get more reps in before cleaning them up. Would be interested to hear your thoughts on push ups as well - elbows more in vs more out. I saw your "50 pull ups and 100 push ups" video and noticed your elbows were more out on the push ups. All my life I have done them elbows out more and am changing now to elbows in for demos, but still feel I get benefit from elbows out. I think they are easier [out] but obviously you will get more reps. Great video anyway!
