Err.. I think they have a home. They left the father while he sick and already bankrup and said she will not support him. Meaning she must have her own house and income. She just being dramatic and greedy in the end.

This was truly a noble stepfather but her mom and stepsisters treated her very badly throughout childhood. Poor Molly, she didn't have to stay silent because of the threat to send her to the orphanage!!
If it were never for the stepdad , Molly would have been in a children's home ... I'm glad that God used him to that beautiful child the unconditional love and raised her as his own while that gold - digging mom and sisters treat her like rubbish .

Betty have never been a proper mother to Molly while growing up and her husband Mike acted like a real father to Molly as the only family she ever have, to be honest if I was Mike I should known a long time ago that Betty clearly hated 💔Molly but love and spoil their biologica twin daughters as they turn out like their mother too as they mistreated Molly. Mike should have divorced Betty and take Molly with him then she would be a lot happy with her Stepfather more than her cruel biologica mother.
Well both Betty and her twin daughters got for what they deserved at the end of the story now that Molly had kicked them out of the house now that she inherit her Stepfather's money after he died. Molly made it very clear to her cruel mother and her half sisters that they never been a real family to her as they never really love or cared for her at all and never have. So now Betty will have to live with the consequences for her selfish action as she have no one to blame but herself as a terrible mother.

For the first part, her oldest daughter was created in love. Secondly, skin color shouldn’t matter! Third, how could you not love a child you carried in your body for 9 months? It doesn’t matter rich or poor, as long as you have one another. My daughters are both biracial and their dads abandoned us. I’ve never been ashamed of them. They’re both smart and beautiful young ladies. I would fight their fathers toot and claw over them. Neither one of their dads ever paid child support. Both of them haven’t seen their biological fathers since they were 3 years old.

Can I just say, I think Mike knew all along what his wife and twins were planning and how they treated Molly behind his back? I think he knew all along, but played out his rage in death, knowing that Molly was the only one who would care for him, in what he thought would be Old age. This happens in real life. Family is not present to take care of the sick person, but when the person dies they come to collect. I worked at a nursing facility and it happens everyday.

Similar thing happened to me! My biological mother left me with my grandmother. She left town, met white french man and had another daughter. She denied me because of my dark skin color. My father took me with him to another country when I was 10, to live with his new family. Now that I'm an adult, she wants to be part of my life.
