Jimin is really smart, he's known for being top of his class in math. He always thinks outside the box, people may underestimate him but you would be an idiot to do so because he's not a person to be taken lightly. When it comes down to it, he has the skills to overcome anything. So yes, like Jimin said, he IS wanted and he should get more respect.

Caution : alot to read ( basically explanation of some elements of the episode )
The first round of the game they basically had to guest trick questions based on the Korean language just like in english, essentially riddles
And explanation of some would be
12:08 Question : which city do floral shop owners hate the most
Answer : Sydney ( because in Korean sydney sounds like wilting ( si-deul-da 시들다 ) and of course a florist wouldnt want to go to a (wilting city )
Rm’s answer was a good one because he said paris ( paris sounds like pari which means fly in korean )
8:21 The first one where u guys where confuse with the cow and the novelist
Explanation : novelist in Korean ( soseolga )
‘So’ means cow in Korean, and the ga means to go + Seoul = a novelist ( soseolga ) = what u call a cow going to seoul
The 2nd round is basically where they had to guess codes from what Korean people used back in history through numbers using sounds and shapes
15:35 First question was : guess the code from “981”
The answer was : urgent matter
Explanation : 981 in korean is ( gu-pal-il 구팔 일 ) and urgent matter in korean is ( geup-pan - il ) “they sound similar” ( Rm used sound to solve the question)
17:36 The question u both where confuse with was the one with “11010”
Explanation : the answer is hmph ( in korean thats pronounced as heung and when heung is written in Korean letters, it is ( 흥 ) if u look at it side was it looks like 11010 , which is why the answer is hmph/heung
(( using sound and shape as well as what the direction of the numbers are going to figure out the code, it was soely based on korean letters called, hangul which is why u guys didnt get any )
    23:32 the question was (10288) which is ( ship -e- pal - pal )
The answer is : I have a fever
    I have a fever in korean : ( yeol - e -pal -pal )
Koreans have two number system “native korean and sino korean”
Ship is 10 in native korean
Yeol is 10 in sino korean
Which is why they gave the hint ( what is another way to say 10 ) Jin switched from native to sino
Both your confused face was hilarious 😂
The 3rd round with the dialect parts ( a really enjoyable round )
So it was a dialect quiz where they had to guess the phrase used in the different dialects of the korean langauge and lucky for the members, most of they already speak with a dialect/ accent
Jimin and jungkook r from : busan ( south gyeongsando
V along with suga is from : daegu ( north gyeongsando ) alothough daegu and busan accents are different they both use gyeongsando dialects
Jhope is from : gwanju ( located in south jellado ) so jhope uses the jellado dialect/accent
Jin and Rm are from cities near seoul ( ilsan and gangwon) hence the fact they don’t have accents or speak in dialects
The irony here is that RM got the first question correct despite not having an accent
Army’s called this ( nam-dialect ) this is a mixture of all the members accent which he learned from living with them so long, essentially lowkey creating his own language ( which is amusing to the members since he is mixing there dialects and accent together
Note : on camera the members speak standard Korean as that is what is required of them, but there are times when they slip and go into their native dialects ( it is just like how english accents work in the Caribbean or in North America, except it is Korean, different sounds and phrases )
36:00 “ the part where u saw them get all excited was them making fun of the jellado accent and dialect , ( and jhope )it is a complex dialect that even has its own grammar rules and e very popular since its only in one region
They censored out Jimin because he ...well...he basically cursed ( he was describing how jellado people insult each other saying it was rather cool ) “ its funny how jhope has a natural jellado accent since he was raise there but dosent know some phrases lol “
Also this episode was really funny especially because of namjoon he gave genius and creative answers
And this was a slap in the face to all who say V dosent speak korean well ( the man does understand his language quite well 😌 )
Im sorry i couldn’t explain more, that would have been all the questions and that would have been alot to write 😭😭
Also i just wanna say about u guys : i really reallllly enjoy your reactions. This was hard for some armys to understand because it was solely based on the korean language but yet still u guys laughed and enjoyed the episode and understood that “ oh, its just their language “ u even related it to your own language which i found astonishing. You are both also very clever and I admire that. I get excited when upload reactions to run eps or whatever other bts content as i am genuinely excited to see the reaction 😙
Okay i will go to bed now, i hope some of that explanation helped

    dongsang means younger sister/brother
'nam'dongsang means younger brother and 'chin'dongsang means real(biological) younger brother/sister
'nam' means male or stranger, and 'chin' means real so here they used 'nam' is stranger because stranger and biological one are opposite words
    so answer was real(biological) brother
I want to tell you more but my english skills is so bad😭

when they said “nonsense” quiz its mean the witty questions that korean variety show are mostly play it on their games :) and jin was so good at this games thats why the members want to team up with him.

  • @ulilliareinhart3659

The nonsense quiz is definitely more of a Korean thing that us international army’s don’t understand lol they use Korean words that sound the same to the correct answers like the number game they did
And the “Hmph” if they look at it the certain way it looks like the Korean characters for that word

a lot times nonsense quizzes and the pager quiz have to do with pronunciation and wordplay. i don’t know if you noticed, but the editors try to explain a bit in the subtitles by putting the romanized version of the korean words so you can see what they’re pronouncing and/or what words mean in english

I had a tiny purple pager "Lady Bug" brand and I remember that: 607: I Miss You, 1134 2 09: Go To Hell, 911: Call me NOWWWW!!, 07734 (turn upside down) spells hELLO, 121: I need to talk to you, 477: Best friends forever, I (1) Love (4) You (3), 601: Happy Birthday and a whole lot more. A language with numbers, we thought it was so cool!
