I love your standard measurements.. however, they are not always work because. For a tall person who's bust is 36, my shoulder to waist is 17. Not busty.. so you always have to consider the parsons structure...

Please the measurement is wrong tell your client to wear a tight nice bra for proper measurement and I will advise you take the measurement yourself. The measurements I give out is a standard measurement chart I got from my fashion school handout. Bust 52 I worked with bust point was 11.5 and underbust was 15 though body shape differ.

This tutorial is on bustier/ breast pad only. You use bust dart for normal dart
