A lot of people forget this but number 1 should be curing the gut. Without a good gut, your brain will not function as it should
After 10+ years of fapping, this is the year I found myself truly controlling this thing. It takes a lot of hard work, rock solid mentality, and discipline. When you say you won't do it, you actually don't do it, what happens is that your confidence increases, you start to believe that you can DO what you SAY, by working out, reading, journaling, and meditation, this year was a life changing, mentality never been better, spiritually very connected to Allah swt and my soul, and physically stronger and more athletic alhumdulilah. Whatever you believe is true, if you think you can't then you can't.

I am a Christian learning about Islam and enjoying the similarities. I love the respect Muslims give to Jesus and even though our opinions differ we both worship Allah. I realized a lot of my youth I was brainwashed from TV to view Muslims as terrorists and this is untrue.

The problem i've come across with this, is the lack of community. The lack of friends, opportunities to meet and connect with women in real life.. the sense of doing it all on your own. You leave all of this, and become self sustaining you become a lot more alone, and cast out from society. It's something i've been wrestling with for years, and to have people to work with and push forward with that are dealing with the same things you are, is extremely valuable. I often wonder, if I never knew about this stuff, the internet and other peoples opinions if i'd be married now, with children and a good reliable job.
Trust that as you level up, you will meet others who have also leveled up or who are ahead of you.. and they will be the best of company.

I am a top lawyer and am fascinated by working in the matrix. It pays the bills. I do my morning routine of waking up at 5am, sitting in the sun, making sure to bust 2-3 nuts before my first client.
