I have one of these. Highly recommend it. I like the idle stop. It's incredibly fast and can still beat cars off at the lights. It's nice to be able to listen to the birds while waiting at the lights.

Fantastic scooter, had one for 15 months and was extremely pleased with it. Great mpg of 130, really practical and very maneuverable.

Great review. I've been driving one for two and a half years at this point. As you said, excellent fuel economy practicality, etc. Some conversation starter, with people approaching me to ask about it. Must be the pearl red colour. Was considering changing to the cb125f. But the belt drive etc, on the sh is a winner.

I have one of these, got it during 2021. I do food deliveries on mine, perfect platform for my part time job.
I've done just over 21000 miles on mine. On my third back tyre and just also changed the front.
Front did over 20000 miles, back around half that first one did less, 9000 miles, second back tyre almost 11000 miles, city grips.
Had to have Bridgestone as city grips not available.
I have heated grips, vespa hand muffs (off my vespa) the large screen which is great weather protection, but needs polishing with turtle Wax or it's like it's made of rain glue!
The stop start is amazing, brakes are awesome, love the keyless, I get on and off soooo many times a day. The 16 inch wheels are a God send over pot holes. Back suspension could have been a bit softer or at 11 stone, I'm not heavy enough, as ride improves if a have a heavy load, spread over the top box, under seat and floor.
I also jammed a bit of 22 mm pipe insulation under the windscreen, makes a big difference (cut in half).
    Very nice review indeed.

How nice to watch someone testing one of the most popular bikes in the World rather than something built for speed and then he tells us his own bike is one of the big boys, nice, and thank you Sir!

Hi there. Quick question please does the SH mode have abs as well? And does the SHi have abs only on the back? As you pointed before stopping.
I had a 50cc vision and because my wheels blocked twice and crashed, the second one was decisive for the bike, it is going to be disposed by Aviva.

    • @RiderReviews
      @RiderReviews  Před rokem

Hi sorry to hear about your crash! That doesn’t sound good at all. As for the question about ABS I’m not to sure as it’s been a long time since my reviews on these models. Honda website should have all the tech specs and information to be sure. Thanks.

dont know witch to go for the sh125 i or the mode not that into tech just want it to last any ideas also do they do a key version as dont trust keyless .
also any thoughts on the honda vision 110 ?

Nice one there Jake this looks like a really good little runabout and looked to have a fair turn of speed to it so no problems feelin your holding up any traffic will go with the flow easily .. I assume the rear brake has to be where the clutch lever normally is which for someone like me used to having the clutch lever in that position . Nice spec too good review and good watch ya needed some heated gear there really : D

    • @RiderReviews

Cheers mate was a great little run about bike this one quite nippy too. Yes the rear brake lever is on the left where the clutch would normally be. It was absolutely freezing tbh but nice to be out. Cheers Jake.

I have half a litre under my seat, I often do 200 miles on a tank.
It may do a little more, to be honest it's not always the same, 201 is the most, but had it stall at 198, it did start again, but I was close to station so filled up.
Also it says it holds 7 litres, I get about 7.65 litres in mine.
Doing deliveries I want to go as long as possible in between fill ups.

@@1960ARC Yeh when I got to 194 it started struggling to start from start stop but then I also filled up just over 198 I'm sure 200 is possible but very risky if your not next to petrol station...
