I have one in the same colour. It's really smart and astonishingly good. I use it daily for an 8 mile commute to work. My wife loves going pillion and says it's the most comfortable bike I have ever had. It copes well two up with little loss in performance or handling or braking. I get 112mpg. I have a shad top box and can get 3 bags of shopping on it. One in the box, one under the seat and one on the hook. I weigh over 100kg and even with my wife on the back can cruise at 50mph. If you look at the specs and compare, it makes less bhp but more torque lower down than other 125 scoots. Tax is £21 and fully comp insurance for me is £93 including legal expenses cover. Fun, cheap and after a few hundred miles of acclimatisation comfy as well. Suspension feels a bit stiff from new but that makes it a good handler. All in all very pleased with mine. Great video.

When I retired I sold my car and bought one of these. I don't need to travel to work any more. All my travel is for SDP and this is the ideal. This is my second one (21 plate). It's great fun and quite fast enough for an old wrinkly like me. I went for a Honda because of its legendary reliability. I'm glad I did.
My only complaint is the dual function of the start button ... it starts the motor and often starts the rain! :-)

I’ve got both mode and vision, new models. The mode handles hills a bit better, 5-10mph more, both lose mph in wind easily.
The vision is a quieter scooter,, with a less intrusive exhaust note. It also has a little handbrake on the left side near rear brake lever….very handy on slops if you need to stop and adjust something….so useful. The vision I find has a more comfortable seat.
In a hilly area the mode wins. The vision is a lovely relaxing ride. Both great scooters.

Brilliant camera views & good sound quality. It appears this scooter has a bit more grunt than the Vision but interesting to note the indicators are also sensitive on the switch and don't turn off that easily.
Looks like a nice scooter to own like the Vision which I already have.

I got my cbt in September after years being a pillion on my partners versys 1000gt . I chose the mode over the SHi 125 due to being able to put my feet flat on the floor also so much cheaper than the SHi brand new. I love it, so easy for a beginner. Also very light and easy to manhandle out of the garage. My partner who has been riding for 30 years often takes it out himself, loving the ease of use and fun factor. Thanks for the review, the only decent one I could find on the mode

@@RiderReviews I have put the "Honda SH125 Mode 2021 Puig Trafic Windscreen / Windshield Screen Clear" on mine and it has made a huge difference, would recommend as it has improved my riding comfort. My next addition will be a top box . Even with these accessories the bike will still have been cheaper than the sh125i , I would prefer to spend more money on a bike once I pass my test and upgrade possibly to the sh350i. Can't fault the mode especially for those who like the idea of twist and go, nippy, manoeuvrable with enough power to keep flow on 60mph roads. Brilliant

I bought one of these in June to ride a tour of the north of England with some others. I've never had a scooter before - it is astonishingly good. My longest day was 285 miles, which it did with ease. Next year it will be touring Scotland. The only real niggle I have with it is the small tank. As I use it for long rides not city work it tends to sit at 50 to 55 mph a lot of the time so consumption is about 110 mpg. It's now on 3200 miles and the rear tyre needs replacing - I've bought the tyre now I just need to work out how to get at the rear wheel (me being used to motorbikes).
In fact, I liked this bike so much in July I went out and bought an SH350i - it's like sitting on a comfy chair that can do 80 mph.

There is, like a cut out on the left side, is that a glove compartment?
I bought the SH125i in 2021, had it almost exactly 1 year.
I've done 18500 miles on mine. I chose the i because of the little extra power, abs and traction control, also stated mpg of 190 to a tank.
I have usb under the seat, I rather it was a small glove box for the usb.
I didn't really like the bike for the first few months, but absolutely love it now.
I have heated grips, vespa muffs (off my primavera) and a large screen.
The screen is made out of a special rain glue as the rain seems to stick to it.
I have found that using turtle Wax helps a lot and been told it would be even better if I used turtle Wax ceramic.
I've managed just over 200 miles on a tank of fuel and it wasn't empty.
The tank holds more than the stated 7 letters, as I have put 7.65 litres in it.
Top speed before the screen was 74 on the display, now with the screen rarely hit 70, more 68, 69 mph.
