Thanks for the review mate. Based on your comments, I went out and purchased one. You were spot on with regard to styling and quality. The fit and finish are perfect. And, I was able to find one at 125 euro. Great helmet at an incredible price point.
I quite like something with a design between the two extremes, such as the Kask Valegro or Protone, but maybe I'm just brainwashed because they're used by British Cycling/Team Ineos!
Could not agree with you more Carlos. The simplicity of the design is very clean, and both classic and modern at the same time. The organic shapes had their time in the limelight, but nothing really compares to the classic look this helmet has reminiscent of the old, Cinelli leather "helmets".
Thanks for the Mojito, Rivale and Aventor reviews, mate. I was weighing up all three when I came across your videos. Such a great help! Went for the Aventor btw...
This helmet is the only one ive found which seems to actually look good and not look like a giant mushroom on your head. Do they make it with mips? I cant seem to find a mips one.. :/ thanks!
It's kind of a gamble if you can't try different helmets on. I had a lot of helmets in the past 30y some brands fit better than others. My recently bought new helmet, an ABUS Viantor (L 58/62), fits fortunately very well with my 58cm head as well with an add winter cap and I never had an ABUS helmet before.
I think the abus runs rather big.. I measure 59 cm and the abus fits me perfectly in m ; which is 55-58 or something like that. POC for example is too small in m for me
I guess it's down to your head shape. The Abus seemed a bit narrow for me. Poc fit me really well, I find the Octal super comfortable but...it's huge, like a billiard ball!

Thanks for the review will be getting one
I love the more geometric design too (and hate that ugly organic shapes on the other helmet).

Glad to hear that my ramblings were helpful!
I would have been really happy with the Aventor had it been a better fit.
excuse me what width inside for L size?

The Abus Viantor comes with MIPS and looks almost identical to the Avenor.

My situation same like you. My head size 58.5cm.
But I confused, should I go M or L size? I cant try because I will buy online
@@lastlavender5351 I think M, but it really depends on your head shape. Oval or round etc.
@@hankschrader2353 thanks sir.. wish me luck to get proper size
@@lastlavender5351 I have 58,5-59.
I tried Aventor today. Definitely L size for me.
Maybe try both and resend worst one.
Watch with sound off...less boring.
