It's nice to hear a fragrance reviewer talk about the original Allure Homme, it's always about Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme, but I love the original Allure Homme, I still think it's the best! So fresh and clean, very masculine, a real signature scent for me so great work again Ash.

L'EAU BLEUE is honestly one of the best! So glad to see it in this list, I smelled it on my dad once & was blown away by it. Got 2 bottles just in case haha it's so fresh, green & a little natural sweet tea vibe to it last's long & projects well. Big compliment puller too

Also dig the BleuD'Issey and I once upon a time picked up the Roberto Cavalli Uomo in the black bottle and at first loved it, still like the opening but now I find it dries down to smell like my grandmother in the 80's (rip gramma) 🙏
I so love Allure Homme it was my first Chanel but I’m scared to re buy it because I heard reformulations have been very weak and don’t project like they did prior

ADG Profumo, Sauvage EDT, Eros Flame, Stronger With You, and Dior Homme 2020 are the top five I'd immediately buy again if something happened.
LOL Ash! I know you're trying to pursue that acting career man but you should stick to fragrances 🤣 And I gotta agree with this list, Guerlain discontinued so many power houses. Nowadays the fragrance I absolutely can't live without would definitely be Code Absolu. I love the scent profile and I use it for almost every occasion. It's not only a versatile scent, but it's also an affordable one. I've actually gone through a bottle of 100ml already and now I'm using my 200ml backup bottle.

Ash have you tried Ralph Lauren Polo Deep Blue? I finally tested it at Ulta yesterday. Despite being the wrong time of year I actually really loved it.
He did a video a while ago he wasnt a huge fan i got it the other month i enjoy it.
Original Allure homme is best from allure in my opinion and I have 3 vintage bottles as backup. New batches are just joke for the price. What I find which gives me similar vibe (at least for first 2-3 hours) is Eight & Bob Egypt. Men what a scent it is. It gives me the same trail as Allure even though it has completely different notes. It is worthwhile trying to be hones and I can't see many folks talking about. Be aware however that this is more on a hefty price range.
Allure is great - beautiful perfume.
My must haves are ADG Profumo, YSL LNDL, Moustache EDP, and I know it's cheating as it isn't a designer but PdM Sedley for summer.
Really need a vid for warmer humid climates like Florida. Even in winter it’s a little sticky here.
Just stick with fresh warm weather fragrances…
I’ve been on the fence for buying Dior homme intense. I have Valentino Uomo Intense and heard it’s very similar. It’s the new repackaged version that lost its original leather base note. Everyone has compared the original Valentino with the Dior. But no one has compared the new Valentino intense formulation vs Dior Homme Intense.
Buy Dior Homme Parfume, it’s a little more money but is superior in ever way. Just a beautiful scent

Crazy I just gave away a full bottle of Heritage and Allure Homme to my big brother .... I figured hey I have Armani Code I find them to similar for Allure to be relevant ... Allure was the first high end designer cologne I ever purchased .. I remember I was 22 , working at a grocery store ; dating a girl l named Crystal in 2003 ...That was a lifetime ago ... P. S. That Miyake Bleu is their best from the line in my book
I want to get a bottle of Allure Homme, however I'm overthinking because everywhere I look I see people saying the performance is terrible and other saying it's ok (6-7 hour range). So I have absolutely no clue what's up with this newer batch codes, can anyone help?

I burned through a 100mil and 200 mil bottle of Hermes tres eau fraiche in a little over 2 years. Super safe super bright orange scent. Had to over spray because the longevity was notoriously bad on my skin. But a really beautiful scent nonetheless.
I think ADG Profumo is so much better than Profundo. Not that Fundo is bad, it's fckin Brilliant. But Profumo is flawless. I'm praying it comes back in stock

Chanel Allure Homme would be my signature scent if it lasted any more than a couple of hours. Gorgeous fragrance which gets me so many compliments. The Perry Ellis smells so synthetic I hated that.
Most Chanel frags have either low performance or all the top/mid notes disappear within 3-4 hrs and only one base note remains for a bit longer, it's no exception.
I cant live with out Polo Green!!!! I also cant live without Tom Ford Moss Breches or Italian Cypress....Also i cant live without Dior Homme Intense or Feve Delicous...or Smoulder or really any of my fragrances...I need them All Ash! Very Nice Today....Just today thou!!! Lol
Prada Lhomme Intense is the best Lhomme. The regular version gets all the hype but Intense is many times better!
I think so too, especially if you want it to work in colder weather. I get compliments nearly every time I wear it.

Guys a little help, im not that familliar with fragrances which one is for what ocasion so can you sugesst something for winter season not a party or date fragrance but daytime more casual for the office for daytime bar visits. Atm i have D&G Light Blue Intense, Versace Eros, Bleu de Chanel EDP abd Chanel allure homme sport extreme. What to buy next?

1. YSL La Nuit De l' Homme the original (much better than the baby powder bomb called "Bleu Electrique")
2. YSL L' Homme the original (pure elegance)
3. Dior Sauvage Very Cool Spray (better than the EDT and the most complimented fragrance i ve ever had)
4. Armani Acqua Di Gio the original (better than all the flankers).
I have to give it more time but I aint impressed all by the new Bleu Electrique....Like everyone says kinda a "truerer" to the OG formulation but I couldn't agree more its a powder bomb ! Almost borderline redundant if you own even a current batch of LNDL.

I find L’Homme Ideal Extreme better than L’Intense, on the same level as the EDP and Cologne.

Wish they had put a better atomizer on L'eau Bleue d'Issey. Just feels too small. Christmas tree in a bottle though. Speaking of Miyake, I'd love to get your take on the new Bois Arctic Ash. I hear that it's everything that Polo Cologne Intense wasn't? Was kind of hoping Guerlain would release a L'homme Ideal freshie this year, but since it looks doubtful, I'm banking on Bois Arctic not letting me down.
