Deeper combat was REALLY needed in Ghostwire tokyo. More talismans and skills were sorely needed and the depth just makes the gameplay even better
so happy to see Tango devs keep trying to add new things, especially a mission about Hanako san, so fun and hype to play. Also, they add a new movement to avoid attack instead guarding guarding guarding.
gotta say dodge make the game really easy now LOL. guarding have no use to me now

I played this game first time since last week, and just now realized that my favorite parts of the game are all from this update.

I stopped playing a week after release, wanted to come back cuz of Yakuza and I see they added all this, it's a different game now for sure.
I loved the school mission and new abilities. Very good update.

I just got back on after a year, and I got to say I really like the update and the new mechanics and abilities. I'm more into it. Couldn't stop playing all night. I did the same thing with cyberpunk. I didn't touch it until any updates came out, and I just finally finished it. I really enjoyed it as well with the new mechanics and abilities. I'm glad I wait for games.
I am in chapter two, it is great fun. I am not the best but I am trying.

It's not just you, the gameplay isn't fluid at all. Fun, just sloppy.
FINALLY we have a dodge mechanic. The game now feels more complete.

I am absolutely loving this game so far, on chapter 3 at the moment. Watching this I was shocked at how many gameplay features weren’t in the game before. So glad I started playing this game now instead of release, definitely seems so much better
DENUVO thumbs down. Also FSR 2.2 is out now. They said they would improve FSR 2.1 with a future patch and nothing happened.
This. I came to complain about Denovo being added as well but that FSR knife is also a reminder they don't care about paying customers. Ratio these videos.
@@ButtSurfer-gk1en DENUVO is an invasive DRM that just sucks up extra CPU performance for no reason. So you get less fps with this update. (they claimed performance improvements but I noticed the opposite now) Also FSR is AMD's upscaling technology which can work pretty good but in this game it looks very very bad.

I suggest that for the next series, it’s better if a player defeat a ghost or monster, they can use the ghosts ability, or recruit the ghosts, which makes increase the various plays and player’s creativity. The advanced concept of soul eater

3 things actually.
The first is a separate game mode full of challenges that gets harder.
Second is bonus combat movements, instead of simply guarding along with new abilities, items, enemies, etc.
The second is an added area location to explore and side missions for the main base which is the horror tale of Hanako.
I haven't bought this game but it looks so unique and fun, I really want it!

Ehhhh I don’t like the progression system. Instead relying on the cat coin it should’ve stuck with the exp. Because what the point of level. It it doesn’t actually correlate to your character strength.

Nah it's cliché, i don't think dandadan has anything to do with it
The anatomical model is one of the "7 school mysteries" which is a big thing in Japan, I'd equate it more to a bloody Mary or Candy man urban legend. So Dandadan and Ghostwire are both just referencing the same thing.

After the first hour of nothing but cutscenes with the occasional gameplay. The game actually gets pretty fun. Still have no idea what's going on but it's cool.
For you it’s just cutscenes but it’s mostly gameplay for me since I focus on doin the side stuff before the main missions bc there is no new game plus and I’m prolly gonna play it twice so I can get all of the achievements

As it looks cool but people keep complaining about the "camera" which I don't understand as its first person not the 3rd some say the graphics are bad but it looks good to me and a few say its boring.
@@matthew-005 It's a walking sim "camera" feeling with action combat, i don't mind it personally, but i understand why some people hate it - the game is very repetitious though which i found a bigger problem, there's very little to do.. but i used it as a Tokyo tourism simulator so i liked it a lot from that, can't speak for the new content since i haven't tried it yet, the spiders thread mode from what i've seen is basically a tower climber roguelite type thing, if you go in with no expectations you might actually like it.
Personally? 7 out of 10.

And first person is just first person I have played a million games including a lot of first person games they all have the same "camera" the only difference I can say is head bobbing really.
@@matthew-005 No what i mean with the camera, specifically "walking sim" camera is that the sensitivity is ever so slightly off feeling for an action game even if you increase the sensitivity in the options, in terms of repetition you only get a 5 hour-ish story-line, and 40-something side quests, with very little side content, the update has seemingly remedied this though.
Wouldn't really compare it to COD, this feels more of an exploration game with occassional combat, think Far Cry but with less to do.
again, as i said, it's a 7 out of 10 game, not bad, not great, a decent way to spend a weekend.

Finish your RPGs before publishing them, stop retcons, and add lifetime support for your games.
This game looks so bad on Xbox (so does shadow warrior three) man it makes it hard to play and enjoy. I don’t know the terms but it looks and feels choppy and downgraded unless that’s just how the game is in general. Also it lacks enemy types I already have seen all of them and the bosses who wants to fight the five same things over and over and over a lot of games have this issue. And each thing is supposed to represent a different persons hardships but there isn’t even variation among them like all schoolgirls and none look different and all businessman well not every worker wear a suit and tie. Idk not a big deal all games do that but if it was me personally I would have Atleast five variants just to make it look like it’s different types. The combat is boring to

why? if you dont like anything about the update then you can just tell what you don't like, don't be a npc. It really dismotivates the developers if you just say its bad without a reason. Yeah ngl I got this on pc not really that good besides Japanese folklore it’s not scary like I thought it would and it’s a Bethesda quest doer game don’t forget the collectibles also likes to do doom stuff
