Can pain in the chest and nerve pain and tingling in wrist and feet a symptom of B12 deficiency? I am having chest pain and tingling and nerve pain in my wrist feet and back since December ... I also sometimes feel nauseous, and tightness in my body and in neck.... visited a cardiologist medicine specialist and a gastroenterologist? Did all tests but everything is normal doctor is not able to know what is the reason but is saying it can be due to anxiety? Can the chest pains and tingling sensations be also a sign of vitamin B12 deficiency?
