The state is trying to prove that Ntazi had multiple opportunities to tell someone that he was asulted, but for reasons only known to him, he chose not to. The dentist examined him all over but at no point during this examination does he find it necessary to tell the person examining him that "listen i was beaten and chocked just yesterday or the day before. The state's case is getting stronger n stronger by the day.
What a day to remember. I think Ratha and Baloyi in particular have learnt a good lesson. We've seen the state and the court putting words in witnesses mouths.
