Definitely Balochi Language is deep rooted,with ties in the Indus valley era ..Every person in the world can relate to it..

"Mehram" is one of the best track from this coke studio season. You are asking for a sad track, here it is. Not only sad but also beautiful. Also "Muaziz Sharif" another freaking amazing track, specially Meesha Shafi killed that track. She is amazing.
Mehram is almost depressing tbh. It gives totally hopelessness feels.
Muaziz Saarif (its Saarif, as in Dear Customer, not Shareef) is a banger. My vote for this one too.

This song is entirely in Balochi which is the language spoken predominantly in the Balochistan province of Pakistan. It is a matter of pride and inclusivity for it to be featured on Coke Studio and that too with local talent. The one in the traditional attire is Abdul Wahab Bugti, while the one with curly hair is Kaifi Khalil. These two and Eva B have all written their parts of the song themselves and although the translation is pretty apt it still doesn’t do justice to the original lyrics. It is a masterpiece.

Ava B is one of the first female Pakistani rappers. The language of this song is Belochi Which is spoken in a region of Pakistan. please do more Coke studio 14 songs and I also highly recommend Raag by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan which is his live performance at the 2014 Nobel peace prize awards.
Eva B was ALSO the VERY FIRST Balochi artist to be featured on the billboard at Times Square, New York, as well 😲😊

I absolutely love ur reations..yes there is sad genre aswell lol, Mehrum song maybe the saddest and starngely creepy song u will hear in a while it features Aarooj Aftab who was nominated for two gramys this year including best new artist and won Grammy for best globaal performance. Also My personal fav song and season Final titles "Phir Milenge" (""till we meet again"" a fitting finale song title) is a ixture of sadness and hope it just gives me goose bumps everytime.
It is not in Urdu its in Balochi which is one of hundreds of languages in Pakistan.💚🇵🇰
This song is in Balochi language. I (as Urdu native) could only understand some nouns without substitles.. I think Baluchi as a language comes between urdu/hindi and persian language, which makes sense since its native to the south western Pakistan and south eastern Iran.

@@khipksy1888 bro r u dumb ? Its a seperate language with its own grammar and vocabulary. Urdu was made 150 yrs ago and borrows words from balochi pashto persian and hindi itself. First learn history and gain knowledge before talking. How can a language come between persian and urdu linguisticaly when its a older language ?
@@khipksy1888 urdu speaking ki apni to culture hoti nahi ha, jinki ha pakistan mai usko bhi apne kehte ho 😂🤣. Baloch people are a different ethnicity and race from the rest of pakistan. We were a seperate nation and have our own culture and language seperate from the sub continent indian people. And balochi is not native to a place its native to the baloch people who are more than 3500 years old.

FYI, all Coke studio songs are one take recordings. They may rehearse them for a very long time, but what you see is all shot and recorded in one take.
