I remember falling love with Miyazaki's another masterpiece Spirited Away when I first saw this when I was young. Actually, it is my first choice among his other movies.
Its magical, mystical, (sometimes weird), but quite lonely atmosphere left unforgettable impression on me. This tune reflects that atmosphere very well and every time when I hear, it always brings me back to the moment I saw the movie for the first time. Maybe I should watch it again soon.

I would like to thank you guys so much for providing this! In my piano major class, we were told to find a duet piece to learn with our partner. We both enjoy Studio Ghibli but unfortunately, two of the pieces we were originally aiming for got chosen by two other groups. We found this and decided to listen to it! This is so beautiful! Thank you for sharing the sheet. My tutor and I are currently working on organizing a four hand piano recital in order to help a 2 year old girl who went through severe complications at birth. All proceeds gathered during this recital will be given to her parents to help with her treatment. :) Together with other 4 hand works, we will be performing this melancholic piece ! Thank you!
