- A step by step presentation on how Honeynut Butternut Squash seed is produced.
This delectable squash is smaller than Ponca, with a more uniform butternut shape. Green unripe fruits; early planting is recommended for tan color. Field resistance to powdery mildew. Developed by the Vegetable Breeding Institute at Cornell University. A portion of the sales of this variety are paid to the breeder.

I had one of these today for the first time. Not normally a big fan of squash but that changed today.
I was anticipating a different kind of video but it was so interesting to see the entirety of this particular process!
After seeing this super interesting presentation of this new squash (to me), I love your company even more. Very cool.
Well this was delightful to watch. I think I found my dream job.
Wow! 😮👏🏾👏🏾😄🙌🏾
How does it taste? is it similar to yellow or zuchini squash? New Subscriber ***
Nah its even sweeter than butternut sqaush.
I thought honey nut squash was a hybrid, hence you cudnt save the seed....
Why would you waste the flesh of the squash? Shouldn’t that go to pig farmers or some other purpose?
They are obviously growing for seed production
If one reads the text in the video it says the flesh goes on to become pig feed
