    I also like to make my bed soon after I get up and leave my bedroom today after I get dressed

      I wake at 5.30am every single day and am up by 6am. As I get up I open the window wide and leave the duvet off the bed to air the bed out. I have an hour of just quiet time and a coffee outside even in the winter. When I go up to shower and dress I close the window and make the bed. These small changes made a massive difference to me and my mindset.
