- 2 Sticks of Butter
- 1 Small Chopped Onion
- 3 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- Dried Parsley for Color
- Black Pepper to Taste
- Splash of Lemon Juice
I watched a bunch of videos looking for that special sauce. Not too buttery, not to spicy, not too much ingredients, etc. I hooked up an amazing crab boil for Mother's Day yesterday and this was a huge hit. All you heard was lip smacking, finger licking and tons of compliments. You deserve recognition for this sauce. Heated up leftovers this morning and it's just as good as last night. Thanks so much! OMG!!!! This is the best seafood sauce ever! It’s light and not overly spiced like the typical seafood sauce so you can eat more of it without the sodium hangover! Excellent job!!!!

Stumbled across this simple recipe and I don't think I'm ever looking back. I already had some garlic butter spread in the fridge so I just put that in the pot with the other ingredients. It taste soooo good. Definitely a crowd pleaser 😋😊☺️

I love how sometimes the sauces at the seafood restaurants have a hit of sweetness to them. If I want to make this have a dash of sweetness, how much brown sugar (or regular white sugar) should I add? I don't want to ruin it, but I gotta address my sweet tooth...LOL
Hey hunny! 1 Tbsp of brown sugar should do the trick easily. Taste as you go and adjust if needed!!
