I had Ultrasound Guided Foam Sclerotherapy after EVLT and TRLOP at the Whiteley Clinic in London. No side effects whatsoever. The vein Professor who owns this clinic uses a special kind of sclerosant and his own clinically proven three way technique to deliver it into the veins. Sclerotherapy is only suitable for smaller veins.
