I am a woman with vericose vains and I have a weird pain in my groin that is kinda scaring me it feels almost hot and it’s like my right inner leg/groin my ovary and my lower right back almost in the sciatica nerve area but it’s a different type of pain. How are varicose veins or venous insufficiency in the foot treated? I went to a vein specialist yesterday and he said there's not much to do about them because if you treat them in the foot, the foot will have a lot of swelling as there are not many veins there as is. I'm not sure if mine are varicose but I definitely have signs of venous insufficiency. To be honest, the doctor already seemed sketchy so I don't know if he's a quack or if I genuinely have no hope for my foot

I started with pain mainly on the right and now I have some on the left. I feel unable to do basic activities. The pain migrated from the sides of my testicles and the very back center and bottoms are extremely painful to the touch. I feel an odd prickly sort of feeling when I move them side to side. I already had two ultra sounds, but they didn’t find anything wrong. I am thinking maybe I’m going crazy. I already went to the ER twice. But my right testicle tilted very slightly to the right afterwards and stayed there for days now. Idk what it could be causing it. A verecocele, or some other issue like intermittent torsion. But the feeling is constant and unbearable. I haven’t experienced any sort of change in color in my testicles or anything crazy. And doctors told me the tilt was most likely normal. I now take pain meds to manage it. But it’s extremely annoying. Being an extremely active person before hand. Having this happen to me is like a form of torture to me. to the point I have gone into a sort of mini depression. I’m currently in vacation in Florida and unable to return home until 7 more days. It’s absolutely horrible. Why I agreed to come on my family vacation for the holidays idk. But I have a urology appointment scheduled for late January. Just the thought of waiting a few more weeks in unthinkable. I’m too afraid to pleasure myself let alone get aroused. What do you guys think this could be? I’m not trying to get paranoid by thinking the worst possible outcomes. But it’s coming to that point.
