I think ayah in that first verse isn’t referring to Quranic verses, but rather signs.
And it makes so much more sense that way as well.

It's very interesting to see when it comes to trying to learn and understand the Quran the views are very low. Just shows that people are more attracted to controversy...then the book of Truth and Guidance.
They truly have abandoned the Quran, just like it says in the Quran.

19:56 even to this Allah gives the answer. This the "saved sect: "Let there be a group among you who call ˹others˺ to goodness, encourage what is good, and forbid what is evil-it is they who will be successful." Qur'an 3:104

Yo I debated Sunnis in there discord because lions friend huzafi was there and I was listening in he called me out so I was forced into debate. When they asked stuff like qibla direction or the verse about prophet Muhammad saying there will be 3000 angels as if that info was already there before. I used 2:106 about abrogation,and how there is times in the Quran where you can see hints of abrogation occurring. 👍 knowledge is always important. I was quite respectful so one sister from Singapore became interested in joined quranic truthers server.
