  • Tashi Deleck everyone. Today my Grand- Ma is Turning 75 Years Old. I ( Lhamo ) missed her a lot & didnot met her since 25 Years. So on this special day / I have cooked Grand-ma`s Special bread so called "Milk Bakleb ( Bread ) / We chatted throug video call & i showed her the Bread. Which i have cooked. She said that / Oh my dear you cooked exactly like my bread / She is very delighted & laughing / The Moment is filled with lots of Joy & Happiness. I miss You Grand Mom u are so kind for me n my Sister & Brother...
    How To Make / My Grand Mother Milk Bread / by Pema & Lhamos Kitchen !! / Tibetan Special Bread
    My Recipe for 1 Kilo Milk Bread
    Ingredients
    Flour 1kg
    Half-Heated Milk 400g
    Sugar 3 Tea Spoon
    Salt 3 Tea Spoon
    Yeast 14 g
    Eggs. 2 Stk. 100g
    Preparation
    Mix the Yeast, Milk, Eggs, Salt, Sugar together well.
    Then mix white flour and knead properly.
    leave Dough for about 1 hour.
    After 1 Hour.
    Spread turmeric, oil, spring onions and leek on the dough.
    And than dough roll out.
    Heat the Pan / After 3 Minute later / low heated and Back a Bread.
    8 to 10 Minute back another Side.

    I am a resident of canton Bern in Switzerland and have been living here for past 14 years.
    I started my carrier in a restaurant’s kitchen initially with washing dishes but after a few years the doors of opportunities opened up and I could successfully complete my degree as a certified Cook.
    With all the experience and knowledge that I gained in the past years of my carrier, I now want to start a channel to reach out to all the people who are looking for guidance or help with cooking.
