To be in high school/college when Chris was doing his thing was incredible. He was a cultural phenomenon. He used to say he had only one character just at different volumes, but we knew it wasn’t true. He would go all out every time with clever wit and amazing physical comedy. His tragic addictions to food, sex and drug took him way to soon, but all these years later as a middle aged guy I still look back at what he did and crack up.
His death is one of the saddest and most tragic that I can think of.. as a recovering heroin/cocaine addict, I can relate to him... I have shed tears when looking at the photos of the night of his death..
