Thank you mr sealyp! I can see this being my new map! I love simple maps like if there is 101 sell points you try and find the best priced one obviously and it can just get stressful remembering where different crops go and that, but with their only being 2 not got much to choose from. Yeah I am definitely going to give this a go well done map maker!
Wow very interesting timing...I was just saying over on 1 of FSGs vids that while I appreciate the beauty of so many maps that some of you YTers play on I always come back to NML and American Farmlands because I enjoy the sandbox startup. And now you show me a new map I probably never would of even looked at by the name itself lol

That is a Map I'd play.
A few things to note, Someone said you can light the Stove in the House.
You can sell all the Buildings but none of the Decoration stuff.

I really like the look of this map, it definitely has a more gritty and real feel about it. It's what I would call a brown map, where No Mans Land would be a green map, this map seems to use more darker or muted browns and greens that help push that gritty aesthetic and I really like that.
Looks like it'd be a great map for some smaller scale survival / pioneer type series, I'm already getting some ideas myself if I can find the time to get something going!

I couldnt make head nor tail of it MrS. I just made a dump area and and a V shape funnel out of concrete dividers and ran belts up the ramp over the track. I then tipped my chippings in my dump site and loaded that way. It take a bit of time but you get a massive price for the chips

I'm surprised no one has made a build about train where you can put tracks down and even productions with tack load &unload on then would make building these empty maps more interesting
You can light the fireplace and it gives off some light at night plus the bushes are mowable for complete clearing
Interesting to see the vastly different prices at the different sellpoints, it gives you another element to think about

Yes you need a game plan with this one if your content creator. I panic sometimes just playing alone on these types of maps...even though i want to ?! Brilliant map though!

Hi Mr. Sealy p./Paul don't know if anybody else has noticed but there are some floating trees around the fields. Don't know if it's going to have a up date but apart from that excellent map

Can you remove the rubble decorations around the farm yard?
I’ve never understood why some people don’t like forestry. I think it’s a fun break from farming all the time.
Maybe, it's because some ppl get frustrated with the amount of work and the timber not wanting to cooperate. Just a thought.

I really like this map, but for some reason the render distance feels so much lower on it than on other maps.
I don't know if it's just me but the "ring of death" is a drawback, maybe it's because of the way the foliage is but it feels so much more noticable on here than on the Western Wilds.
Guessing there is no way to cut all the trees down at once like WW and NML...

Actually, there are contracts if you start on hard Economy and don't buy that land.

I wish a modern would transfer the Montana map from fs19 to fs22 that's one of the best maps for me that's a great map there's amazing maps on fs19 that'd be great to play on fs22 most of these maps being made for fs22 are rush jobs there very boring maps very little character edgewater and Alma court farms calmsden farm n so on there packed with character this map is a nice map the best map iv ever played is demo no man's land I never got so much in joy meant from a map as that one

May I add I think with a few updates I’m hoping that the map maker will open up the rest of the land to make the map bigger just like ballyspings i think it’s call I could be 100% wrong it’s one of the Irish maps the map maker opened up the whole map with added crops Hopefully that will catch on
