- Had a couple requests to show yall what i have done to my street bike, a 2001 CBR 600 F4i. Mostly cosmetic stuff, definitely forgot a few things like an A.P.E CCT, rim tape, etc but got most all of it in the video for you. Great bike but will likely be getting changed out for a newer street triple r sometime soon!
Just bought a 2015 fz1. Im actually thinking of keeping my f4i. Its been such a great reliable bike.

I have a silver/black 03 F4i, got it a year ago with only 6,400 miles on it for just $3k, perfect condition; had some riding gear thrown in with it as well. Your bike sounds great; I just ordered my coffman yesterday & I'm really looking forward to putting it on

My 1st sport bike was a 99 F4. Loved that bike. I also hacked off the fender. :)Taking the WR into the shop for a full tune up this week...you are gonna have to travel a little south (Pueblo) for some winter dirt riding...

well, if ready, maybe weekend after this one coming, can go hit PMI. miles of open trails. I still suck on mine....haven't ridden her enough to be used to her yet. Might be getting a decent group of riders together.

Nice bike buddy. I had a 2003 600RR. It had a Targa fender eliminator that looked real good. I had actually looked at some of the Danmoto products but after reading reviews people just said the quality isn't that great. Sounds like you got the bad end of the stick with those rear sets. Anyways man... nice bike. Later!
do you think the coffman shorty is too loud for around town use? i want to get rid of the huge chrome stock exhaust without adding a ton of noise

oem turn signals double as a running light in the front ill be keeping it for visibility purpose lol

Still could not find that bike under 2k here in cali. I just got a 2001 600f4i that has 70,000 miles on it but sounds and runs great. I paid 940.00 dollars lol. Of coarse that price comes with some zip ties on fairing. Spray painted black fairings. Front mirrors missing. But I'm happy as can be for my first bike. I wont cringe if its dropped.
Does it vibrate at revs over 5k ? I have an f4i that vibrates at the rev range I've heard it is Conrod bearing wear.

do you think the 33taylor rim tape is worth it? it's supposed to be reflective
+Tim Yassa Pretty sure my rim tape was like 7 dollars on amazon, its kinda reflective as well. Not familiar with 33taylor tape though, cant imagine it making too much of a difference

How many miles where on that bike when you got it?
+Cheddar Roman Had 16,000 on it when i got her November of 2014 (also when i learned how to ride) Now coming up on 28 or 29 i believe
