Bro im deadass scared of dying I had a panic attack thinking of it yesterday
I was an atheist when I was younger, I truly believed that dead was the end of existance, but now im agnostic, after consuming psylocibin multiple times, it is really hard to describe, but it awoke something inside me that changed my perspective, feeling the connection with everything, accepting and being grateful with how life is, the introspective experience, the feeling of peace, its like finding god inside you, psychodelics take you there everytime even if you were an atheist, maybe love, consciousness and mind are more than just matter.
Every time I saw someone that I know who are passed away, I couldn't hold myself on crying because it will happen to all of us someday. So before that happens, live a good life and make memories while you're still alive. ☺❤

For me it's the "forever-ness" of death that gives me chills. Like you die, and then a year passes by, 5 years, 20 years, 200 years, 1000 years... infinite number of years. Where will we be for infinity? Basically once you're born, you're in this forever :/

My near death experience was like going to sleep but an incredibly deep sleep. Coming to was very alarming and I panicked not sure where I was or what was happening. I can't say for sure what happens when you fully die, but I always liked Alan watts description.

The first couple was created by God perfectly, which meant they would never grow old and die, but live eternally on an earth with paradisaic conditions. Sadly, they chose to use their free will to rebel against God with the consequence of dying. Since we all stem from the same first human couple, we inherited this imperfection and finally die. That‘s why God sent Jesus to the earth to give his perfect life for us to release this condemnation. God holds out the same for mankind today and his word, the Bible promises the same paradise-like conditions, which God had in mind from the beginning. So, there is no need to fear death because God will resurrect those who have died. When Jesus was on earth, he demonstrated this when he brought people back to life.

You don't exist anymore, you are nothing, a billion years can pass, nothing will happen to you, you can't feel with something that doesn't exist, you don't have a heart, you can't feel a non existant experience. I died in 1832. I can’t explain it. I am so lucky to be living a second life and have avoided all the mistakes. Weird thing is I didn’t realize it till I reached around 20 years old and I woke up one morning and every single memory came flooding back. I remember every detail of my former life.

The ending of this video , just brought great ease to my mind
I had a near death experience. I found myself if a dark area trying to "swim" toward the light through what felt like thick gel. Each inch i moved up was predestined by choices i made in life and played out in an odd parallel. I decided to turn away from the light which was representative of a recent relapse i had and i immediately fell about an inch, now no longer facing the light, i got fixed there in that spot and couldnt change it, my choices in life did doom me, did i see god? No, of course not. I was alone, but i know that within that light was peace and doing what you would have done to you will allow entrance, whats there i dont know, but the darkness and abyss if far more terrifying than imagined. Thought i would share my experience, this doesnt do justice to really expain what was going on and how it came to happen but there is a little part there to share with someone. I was concious and did not know of my body or the earth, it honestly felt lile everyone died with me amd we were all already there. Super weird and one of my greatest experiences

I died last month at the hospital! Basically I felt dizzy until I blacked out! I lost my hearing & vision! I saw all black like a tunnel vision around me! The ambulance came & tired to help me! I saw them all transparent looking! The doctor was there until they gave me oxygen & put me back on my feet! Thank god for everyone there who helped me!!!
It always surprises me when people say its one life, make the most of it there's no more. How could they ever know that . To live and breath and be conscious of your surroundings is enough to predict that you could return as a being in some other way. can you remember the moment you were born. no me neither , but it happened. I just think the moment we die we could my likley be reborn in some other way ,another person ,an insect ,an animal ,like a lottery of chance. More importantly , if more people believed what im suggesting , maybe they would be more considerate to other living things in this life with the view that there looking after themselves in the next .
Ive always thought this for as long as i can remember but recently i lost my dad at 88.they stopped his dyalisis when itclearly wasn't helping and a few days later he passed away. He was a great caring man i was lucky to have. when i was told he had died, i raced to the hospital to be by him but knowing some how that wasnt there even though i talked to him in the hope he could hear me. I held his cold hand and was full of tears but i thought about the fact the he could be anything anywhere now. Then on a recent holiday while sat in the sunshine a bird seemed to befriend me . Almost every day it would appear unbelievably tame came close and i would through bits of bread. it didnt seem to want feeding but it looked happy and it just made wonder ...

im terrified of dying. i imagine it's like sleeping and that scares me. you don't know you're sleeping until you wake up, but once you die; you never wake up. do we start a new life with no recollection of our past one? or do we just exist as souls in the afterlife? it's scary to think that every person i've ever met is gonna die one day. everyone in this comment section will too. why am i so dramatic whenever i get sick👩🎓

I have a few theories:
Theory 1 (the most natural one): You died and everything ends, nothing more. You may be floating in an abyss of nothingness forever.
Theory 2a: There is some kind of afterlife, where dead people continues to live on
Theory 2b: Maybe at a certain time dead people get reincarnated
Theory 3: You are still in this world, but as a spirit/soul/ghost. Some can influence their surroundings while most can't do anything at all
It makes me sad to think where we will go. The unknown just makes my heart heavy just thinking about it

The fact that death could just be an empty void. No sound or anything to see, no consciousness, just nothing. That’s terrifying
People who see “nothing” when they die for a minute could just be them forgetting what they experienced. For example, every time we sleep we dream, it’s just a matter of whether we remember it or not. So that guy was just the equivalent of asleep without remembering anything of note, because his brain decided to focus on being revived. Because despite having no oxygen reach the brain, countless people experience similar things in near death. Also this is just some dude from Reddit, maybe he only “died” for a couple seconds and didn’t have time to experience anything.

I think it's more that you are not aware of being in limbo (under the assumption of atheism) It's like a permanent sleep that you are unaware of.
Do u really remember the nothingness. It was cold and dark until. ........ I seen light and felt warmth and comfort and as a baby I said here we go again. As an infant I understood but as time moved on I felt as if I lost the remembrance of this and grew into who I am today. Ill pray 4 u who ever u are but do u remember the nothingness that seemed to last forever like u couldn't speak and were all alone until we were here and now everyone takes it for granted. Wat do u think?
