Sorry why did wild’s first goal count?
Yeah, that shouldn't have counted.
All i found is this off of 'scouting the refs' website. Got tired of looking through the rulebook, but I assume they pulled it from there: "The puck must be kept in motion towards the opponent’s goal line and once it is shot, the play shall be considered complete. No goal can be scored on a rebound of any kind (an exception being the puck off the goal post or crossbar, then the goalkeeper and then directly into the goal), and any time the puck crosses the goal line or comes to a complete stop, the shot shall be considered complete."
Based on the play and how they called it, I am assuming they assessed that there was no shot before Vladar touched the puck? Also, since it kept forward momentum, then he was allowed to take his only shot after it hit Vladars stick. Furthermore, I am assuming they didnt count it as a rebound since there was never an initial shot that was intentional? Annoying how they dont clarify things, but please leme know if I missed something cause thats all I care to find at the moment.
If the puck goes off your stick again but only ricochets off it and goes in under its own power it’s a good goal.

Puck went in on its own power therefore it isn’t a second touch.
@@icecoldpolitics8890 It definitely was "second" touched after Vladar got his stick on it, but they ruled that Vladar got his stick on it before an actual shot. You're allowed to touch it as many times as you want until you shoot.
It counted because the poke-check didn't reverse or stop the forward momentum of the puck before the shot happened. This happens quite a bit.@@icecoldpolitics8890
