About this mod
This mod adds in 4 New robots to the Automatron DLC, being the Classic Mister Handy & Gutsy, Classic Protectron, Classic eyebots and Securitrons, all based off their Fallout 3 and New Vegas designs. The Securitron is a brand new robot to Fallout 4 and has a fully new custom skeleton, animations and artwork.
Introduction
This mod adds in 4 New robots to the Automatron DLC, being the Classic Mister Handy & Gutsy, Classic Protectron, Classic Eyebots and Securitrons, all based off their Fallout 3 and New Vegas designs. The Securitron is a brand new robot to Fallout 4 and has a fully new custom skeleton, animations and artwork, these are all designed around the Create-A-Bot system in Fallout 4 so you can customise them at a Robot workbench. You can also find all these bots in Levelled Lists around the Commonwealth so they have special Mechanist, Rust Devil and vanilla variants.
Blueprints for the Securitron can be found in the Mechanist's Lair.
Known Issues
Here are some known issues we will give the heads up on
- Not all pieces are interchangeable with vanilla and such due some animations and arm positioning that wasn't designed with the vanilla Fallout 4 Robots in mind, that being said we have done our best to add as much customisability as possible.
Features
- Adds Classic Variants of Robots found the Fallout 3 and New Vegas which are craftable at the Robot workbench.
- Will Spawn around the world alongside Vanilla and Automatron Robots.
- All paint colour options found in the Automatron DLC are useable on the Classic Robots and Securitrons.
- Has 'Utility' skins for Protectrons like, Fireman, Police, Construction etc.
- Mr. Handy's have Mr Gutsy skins along with some classic DLC related ones e.g. Enclave and Mr Orderly etc.
- Adds new weapons for robots that use classic designs.
- Adds new roaming vendor called 'Vendo-tron' who sells Robot mods, he starts roaming around the Commonwealth after "Mechanical Menace" has been completed.
- Attacks workshops.
- Loads of face options for the Securitron screens including some old favourites.
- Full new animations and skeleton for the Securitron faithfully recreated.
- If the face is set to Muggy he will do special Idle lines and animations and you can also trade coffee cups for scrap with him.
- Dogmeat face on the Securitron has special Idle lines... well barks
Installing/Uninstalling
- Once installed please wait for the install message to finish before trying to make a robot in the Robot Workbench
- When uninstalling make sure you remove any of the added mods from any Robots you may have and then run the "[UNINSTALL] Capital Wasteland Create-A-Bot" Holotape and follow its instructions. - Hry
Securitrons deserve way more love, Bethesda better have them in Fallout 5 or I'm gonna be very disappointed.
Given how Mr House seems to have made them specifically for his plans in New Vegas, they'd need a good reason for securitrons to appear in other games, e.g. a RobCo factory/manufacturing plant that could make more, a location where the Platinum chip was made which the securitrons guard to prevent others misusing the technology against Mr House/whoever ambiguously canonically rules New Vegas.
Personally I'd love an official securitron companion where it was a scout sent to find the Platinum Chip but it got damaged causing its navigation and comms to not work so it ends up in the new game's location and the comms damage prevents it from knowing what has happened in New Vegas. Its companion quest could be about helping it find direction in life now that it can't just ask Mr House for orders. Eventually they find a Platinum Chip prototype in a RobCo facility and upload the chip into the securitron so he can be upgraded to use his full arsenal of weapons.

@@thejanitor10Bruh, good thing Fallout 76 isn't Fallout 5, what with how Fallout 76 has a 76 in its name rather than a 5, nor does it meet the quality requirements for a true sequel to warrant being called Fallout 5, nor is it even the 5th Fallout game as Fallout: Tactics, Fallout Brotherhood of Steel, Fallout Shelter and Fallout New Vegas exist.

anyone have a clue as to how the mechanist got the blueprints for the Securitron?
Maybe a prototype plan of it was in a robco facility or the blueprints
@@yeetdeet865 That would make sense, though it's a long walk from Massachusetts to Nevada and back.
Can't pick up the blueprint for the securitron. There's some kind of bug where I can't enter the machanist lair either from the front door down the elevator or from the Robco so I had to cheat terminal (Xbox one) to get to the Mechanist lady's bedroom. I can pick up the securitron model but not the blueprint, even tried to get my follower to pick it up but they wouldn't pick it up.

Leave the Mechanists lair and build a different robot. Also might help to wait a day. Then return to the lair and you will get a mission prompt instructing you to pick up the blueprints. After you get the prompt you can collect the blueprints. Hope this helps.

@@xxxCarnesxxx No worries, I had the same issue so I went and built and old protectron instead. Then O went back to the lair and that's when I got the quest. In other words, I don't know if building another classic bot first helped or not. That's how it played out for me anyway.
@@OttoMattak OK, so what I had to do was X01 Power Armor Glitch into the Mechanist Lair, go into workshop mode, scrap the door frame that The Mechanist comes down when you have the boss fight create another X01 suit and glitch into the next area and I was able to pick up the schematic. lol I think my problem was I don't have all 3 of the holotapes for some reason and all the doors are locked. Couldn't open them from the terminal where all the bots are working so none of the doors will open period but I got it! lol Thanks again for your help.

It's been working fine for me and I'm on xbox?
I'm not able to get the securitron blueprint. Have to use cheat console to teleport to the Mechanist lady to get to the room because I can get in either way anymore for some reason. Completed the Mechanist mission and even added some settlement things in the lair earlier in the game but I can't get past the doors. But teleporting I was able to get to the room and I can pick up the securitron model but can't pick up the blueprint. I even tried to get my follower to pick it up and they won't pick it up.
