Fellow mid 30 single here moving back to SD from Japan in Mar '24. Your videos have really helped my narrow where me and my pup Arnold will look to live! I did have a question about apartments though, as I will also be needing a new car and was thinking of going EV. Do apartment buildings have enough EV spots to make that worthwhile?? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated and I look forward maybe seeing you and your pup at the market!

That’s great! Newer buildings will have EV charging available. Anything built after 2000 is a safe bet. I would probably work on getting the place first before choosing the car, just to be safe 😁
