    Guys, I found out that now I am not facing any issues after allocating 4GB to the VRAM from my system's physical memory. Even there's an increase in the stability of the games that I've tested so far! So yeah, if you have 16GB RAM (2X8GB) on your system, then you can increase the VRAM to 4GB.
    But it also depends upon the Motherboard and its BIOS. So if your system is running stable with 4GB VRAM & 12GB Physical RAM, then go for it! ;)

      Bro there are some third party open sourced tools in Github that helps to remove the block. But it is very difficult in case of laptops as most of the controls of the system are in the hands of these brands. By the way Bro you can also contact ask HP Customer Care regarding the issue. I think that would be much better as it would not void any warranty.

    • @VendableCave
      @VendableCave  Před rokem

      Yes Bro you can & don't forget to enable XMP/DOCP Profile & Resize Bar option. But here's something I need to tell. I assume that your are using one 8GB RAM Stick & one 4GB RAM Stick. So after changing the default VRAM capacity to 3GB/4GB might cause some system instability in long run, since you're using 2 RAM sticks which are different from one another (their capacity, clock speed, voltage, etc.).
      So if you face any issue then you can always change the VRAM capacity to default. And by chance if this type of issue occurs & you need to increase the VRAM, then in order to solve this issue, you need to replace that 4GB stick with the same 8GB RAM stick that you're currently using. In that way, your system will run fine even after enabling 4G decoding. :)

      Bro, you can change the VRAM without any issues.
      However, you're using 2 RAM sticks with different capacities as you said above, which may cause instability & system failure at random periods even if you don't change the VRAM capacity.
      Also the system cannot use both the RAMs seamlessly at the same time due to their distinct models. So I would recommended you to remove that 4GB RAM & install the same model of the 8GB RAM which you are currently using. This will ensure that your PC remains always stable. 😊 ♥️

      Bro hold your power button for 7-8 seconds until your PC turns off. Then power off the PC from the plug point. Wait for 2 mins and then turn it back on. Now go to the BIOS & then reset its settings to default. Then save and exit.

      Ok Bro. Then you need to remove the CMOS Battery from your Motherboard, wait for 5 mins and then replace the CMOD Battery. This will reset every BIOS settings to default. Then turn on your PC.
