Floyd Rose FRX Fail

I usually don't make videos like this but what Floyd Rose was delivering here was really disappointing and not acceptable:
it started with not answering emails. Then the FRX I wanted to order was not available. Finally I got one - as you can see it went completely out of tune. So did the second one I ordered.
I emailed the company. They didn't come up with an acceptable solution. I asked them to send me a proper working FRX. They preferred not to answer.
I bought the Gibson SG for a specific reason and I needed a working tremolo. Without a tremolo the guitar is useless for me and I have to sell it. As expected Floyd Rose is not paying for the pickguard.
I disabled comments because some guys seem to not really read the notes in the video. The guy who installed the FRX is a REAL pro. No doubt about it. It was installed correctly and he had to change a few things. If he hadn´t it wouldn´t even been possible to play the thing. But everything was set up right so the tremolo should work properly. And of course, I stretched the strings, bla bla bla... nobody has to tell me how to put on strings. I'm doing this for over 30 years now...
