Hello friends! I am someone who loves cooking and taking care of my family. Today my husband bought pork and together we prepared traditional dishes needed during the Lunar New Year. Pork with typical spices will create wonderful dishes such as smoked pork, smoked sausage, stir-fried pork sausage and especially fat that is fried and preserved for long-term use. We enjoyed a warm meal of smoked ribs and stir-fried pork sausage together. My mother-in-law said goodbye to return home and prepare for Tet. Tôi tự hỏi liệu ở Việt Nam người ta có làm xúc xích tiết như ở Nam Âu hay không, ngoài các nguyên liệu khác còn có thêm huyết lợn đánh bông, cơm, hành và hạt thông.
Xin chào Bạn thân mến! Thực ra đây không phải là xúc xích, nó là Lạp sườn, có nơi gọi là Lạp xưởng. Nó được làm từ thịt thái miếng nhỏ chứ không phải xay nhuyễn. Nó được xào với tỏi tươi để ăn, không có bản dịch tiếng Anh dành cho nó và nó được dịch thành xúc xích.
