So we said goodbye to him and we went back to pick some medicine. We picked some mugwort leaves and forest leaves... brought him some medicine and I put it on his feet and hands to help reduce the symptoms of the cold and lower his fever very well. If you live where there are those plants, you can pick them up and use them. It's very effective... I let Tay steam and he used the steam water to wipe his body. This was very good for him. And if we drink that water with the steam, it would be even better. So I got him a cup to drink, and I took the initiative to help him tie his hair and help massage his head and body to reduce his headache and body aches.
