also, legit super powers confirmed, wars world COs straight up have actual super powers.
That just means Sturm meteor strike is just him straight up having a meteor punch lol
after seeing black storm in animated action. it now makes sense how co powers could effect the tide of battle. its pretty cool we actually get a visual of it in action.

They do get a little tag team bonus in Dual Strike. Always thought that was kinda on-point, since both have powers that heal their armies and both are _not_ morning people.

Yes!!!! The fact that they didn't show Sturm's dead body and just his hat plop means that there is hope for Sturm to return in the Future.

I don't think they'll be remaking dual strike, instead they'll probably make a brand-new Advance Wars game continuing off this rebooted continuity

No, in DS Sturm is already dead and Hacke doesn't dies
Hawke killed Sturm and took over as leader of Black Hole at the end of AW2. In AW Dual Strike he's been demoted, and Black Hole is led by Von Bolt (no explanation given) Hawke defects to the Allied Nations in that campaign and helps them take down von Bolt. He's thought to have been killed in the final battle against von Bolt but there are strong hints he survived.

No, Hawke is a live in Dual Strike.
Of all the voices Andy could've had, Ash Ketchum was the last person I envisioned him sounding like. He looks like he'd sound a lot more like Spiral from PAC-MAN.
Very interesting that they don't show strum's body on the floor, some may say it could been graphic but he could just be on the laying floor with some scratches and pain due Hawke's Attack.
This could mean Sturm might return in a brand new game. Speaking of new games.
I don't think they'll be remaking dual-strike. I think after this game they'll make a brand-new Advance Wars game with a new story. This is a reboot after all so Dual-strike's events never happened in this rebooted continuity.

TBH advance wars deserves its own anime like the other games
On the off-chance they do Dual Strike, I'd love for Wayforward and Intelligent Systems go the "Kirby Return to Dreamland Deluxe Route" and have an entire campaign playing as Sturm, Flak and Adder wrecking house and rebuilding his army. It would sorta take place parallel to the events of Dual Strike, and It'd be called "Sturm's RE-Term".

I wish like to see a Advance Wars Dual Strike DLC.
I'd like to see it updated. Just like how Reboot Camp was two games, a Reboot of Dual-Strike should be a reboot of that game + something new. Personally I'd like to see them bring back Sturm. Most people didn't like how Von Bolt wasn't very cool compared to Sturm, so what I'd do is introduce him earlier and have him succeed in regaining his youth/immortality and have him ditch the hover-chair and gain a Mr Freeze-like dome design where you only see the black silouette of his head and red eyes, then reveal he was operating on Sturm's orders all-along and was cloning a new body for Sturm or something, building on the clone CO's sub-plot, and leading into the new sequel half of to Dual-Strike Rebooted.

If only there would be reinforcement CO DLC cutscenes. One cutscenes features Robert the scientist prodigy of Orange Star. Another features Tanya the dual pistoleer of Blue Moon. A third features Koji the forest ninja of Yellow Comet. The last features Wolfe the cavalryman of Green Earth.
The animations look soo cheap...
