Funny thing is Mark's head bobbing is actualy a legit lifeguard scanning technique that they use to spot drowning people in dense enviroments, which just so happens to also work for spotting stuff in observation games,
so it really works with him always not knowing what he is doing but still doing it great lmao.

20:25 extra basket with 4 paper bags under the table in the ice room
22:32 replaced pillows in room 302(changed color)
I feel like I missed a few, but that's most of them at least
I like thinking that "anomalies" like the open oven, the open fridge, or the remote on the floor are just the resident trying to sneak a bit of late night snacking and TV in only for Mark and some shadowy organization to be all "you absolutely the fuck will not."

Fun fact: the technique mark uses to scan the rooms is the same technique life guards use to spot people drowning. So it is in fact a functional technique.

I feel like the way they fix all of the anomalies is that there are men in business suits that are legit outside in a white van just chillin, drinking coffee and they just sit there until an alert for them to bust into the house and just replace the object or if its an intruder, they just punch them out cold and carry them out as quickly as possible. This game blends the fun hide and seek aspect of 'find this' games, liminal space, with the perfect amount of scares (the intruders) 🙏
This is genuinely one of my favorite horror game genre, especially when Mark plays it.

The things Mark fixed and did not notice or answer in the house level:
5:23 : The chair was tucked in the desk, and now is not.
10:15 : The rug changed pattern. This messes him up at 12:06 😅
14:18 : The plant on the left of the screen moves from the right side of the table to the center.
14:38 : This random selection intended for the kitchen removes the red rug that is under the couch, sofa chair, and TV from the living room.
I noticed the chair too in the very beginning
In the hotel, the pillows in the bedroom on the bed changes it’s color to red
In the hotel bedroom the stack of towels or sheets in front of the bed moved and some were missing
Also, there were 3 lights in the hallway at the end instead of the ordinary 2. And to add, the blue pillows in room_203 were replaced by red ones, and the 3 plants on the patio turned into 2 and changed places.

10:35 I have been watching so many people play so many episodes of games like these, Observation Duty and this one and ALternate Watch and others, but this is the first time any of the games were actually, genuinely creepy to me.
Honestly, me to. Observation duty is just not entertaining enough? It’s just kind of a basic game. No offence to the creators or anything, I love their other games!
Mark has to physically move his head to keep himself more focused, but because he has adhd his object permanence issue makes it hard for him to remember whats in each room. He is a glorious, shining example of adhd and us Oath Siblings love him for it. ❤

it'd be nice if these games included a tab to show the rooms basic states but made it feel a little risky to double check, like if checking the files on each room has a small chance of causing a jumpscare or something
Or maybe you can look at it only once from x seconds. Like 30 seconds to look at all rooms’ bases states, but you can use the whole 30 seconds to look at only one of the rooms instead of checking all of them, if you wanted.
