I believe she has a lawsuit. because I work in a dental office for over 10 years. You are not supposed to put a partial in and then try to glue veneers in someone's mouth. Her training should have taught her that and if she's not taking x-rays to see if a person has infections or cavities that is a problem because you cannot see infections or cavities with the naked eye.
That's the thing. The lady was not trained. She basically got the equivalent of a butt shot in a motel room

The way she kept saying “you understand what I’m saying,” her covering her mouth like she’s burping, breaking all types of HIPPA laws, and making a video of her basically telling the world that she committed dentist malpractice is just crazy. She’s probably going to jail.
That's the likely ending to this - along with a sudden increase in investigations into unlicensed dentistry (like they did the unlicensed bbls) etc. This young woman is going to see herself in legal trouble very soon. This video may save her from losing a few clients but may cost her, her freedom - malpractice. They may look into whether she was egregious in her malpractice. Sadly for her, she is going to lose all her gains. So too will all the others out there practicing dentistry without a license for Dentistry.

Microbiologist here ✋🏿Infections do happen within hours. Her body recognized the foreign entity and went to town trying to combat it. She had inflammation, which led to the pain.

I have veneers for medical reasons. It was wild/painful with an actual cosmetic dentist. I cant imagine having a random person in their back room doing it. Teeth are so close to your brain, lymph nodes, ear canals, and sinuses. You could die playing around like this.
Riiiiight? I'm super scared of getting my wisdom teeth removed but i am so scared of the pain 😮💨 i don't deal well with pain, so there would be no chance i would risk anything when it comes to getting anything done with my teeth!
@ninamaxo They put you under for your wisdom teeth. That's the fun stuff. Stay on top of your pain management and you'll be ok! When you transition from the good stuff take both an Advil and a Tylenol ( I took 400mlg of each). It works really well! Good luck!
@@Annonymight they don't in Germany unfortunately... They give you local anesthesia, which works fine, too but you HEAR everything and you're wide awake 😭

@@jennifercox6277 tbf there is an expiration on veneers. They have to be replaced every five to ten years so veneers are a lifelong financial commitment. That said if fake nails had to sit on your real nails for five to ten years at a time, they would probably also require a license to apply so the comparison is still crazy.

THANK you for saying this. Anyone doing hair needs to be a LICENSED cosmetologist. Anyone doing lash extensions or makeup needs to be a LICENSED esthetician. No matter what services a person gets the person performing the service needs to have went to a credible school with the correct qualifications and credentials, LICENSES.

Moral of the story, stop getting fake teeth if you don't need them and if you do get them, get them done by a professional. I remember the first time I ever heard about veneers, my dad told me he had to get veneers after a bad accident that occur to him in the military that caused him to lose his entire top row of his teeth. @@arieljackson1093 There are still ways to sue her. Changing her IG account’s username ≠ a formal business name change. You can sue a person (with a SSN), and / or a business (with an EIN).
And really, the BBB can't do anything but post a complaint if the business isn't a BBB member.
They might be better served to contact their state dental licensing board and the AG's office.
Now,the people who paid for this will likely never get their money back but this attention is running the veneer techs underground. They rely heavily on social media marketing and now many have made their pages private, changed names or taken them down.
So many in our community are just so ripe for scamming and fall victim to scam after scam. Too many people do no independent research before they get caught up.

I am a licensed Dental professional for over 30 yrs, I never heard of a Dental technician. There are what are called Lab technician. Lab techs work directly with Dentist. Lab techs can
own their on business.
Lab techs can make Partial, Crowns, Veneers, Even Implants. A lab tech will never be authorized in any state to deliver any type of lab work to a patient. My concern is who
is giving this so called training. If it is a licensed Dental professional they are in a world of trouble.
