Hello Ate kaka subscribed ko lang sa chanel nyo..taga toronto din po ako.im planning to take PSW this coming summer.After ng course ba kailangan ba mag take ng NACC exam to become a certified PSW? What if you failed the exam?makakahanap kapa din ba ng trabaho khit hindi nkapasa ng NACC exam.or kahit hndi nakapag take ng exam makakahanp kapa din ba ng employer? I hope you can help me with this.Thanks!
Thanks for the comments. Yes need mo nag exam for certification. I’m sure makapasa ka nyan sa NACC exam think positive always. Ang alam ko May re- take pag di ka pumasa. At saka meron review nman yan before exam dear. Kung kaya ng iba kaya mo rin pumasa 😀 good luck!
Very good video with some interesting tips. I am actually in Montreal, Canada. I have my open work permit and a CPR level C certificate that I obtained in December 2023. I have tried to get a job as a PSW, but maybe because I don't have any previous experience, I am finding it difficult to get started. What would you suggest I do in this case? Thanks
I am currently working in the production line of a food company, but I will still like to work as a PSW.
I would suggest get a PSW certificate first and get certified then after that it’s easy and a lot of hiring all over southern Ontario

You must have a completed:
Canadian post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate of at least one year
OR
a foreign degree, diploma or certificate and
an original Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) from an approved organization
that shows your education is equal to a completed Canadian degree, diploma, certificate of at least one year.
You must provide proof that you meet the minimum education requirement when you apply. You need equivalent of 1 yr post secondary program sa child care and psw po.nag start sya ng 2019 and at least 5 in ielts. Ung 1yr na post secondary dito sa atin po eh 4yrs course in college.ung 3 yrs nga po minsan di pa nag kuqualify. Undergrad lumalabas sa assesment

Hello po nagenroll po ako ng psw for 10months not eligible for pgwp po . Possible po na if may magsponsor sakin ng LMIA ano po dapat una kong esecure ? Actually I have done my diploma course in special education for 8 months.. I have exper 10 yers in admin domain. Incase I like to switch to this psw course what I need to do. I have got admission as business analytics in cape Breton univer in nova Scotia fir study visa by my agent in India. But I would like to get into psw field or health care department help me mam thanks in advance give tips mam.
Go to school again and take psw course because when you apply a job as psw HR is looking for psw certicate . Here in Ontario province studying psw is free in some colleges.
