- In the heart of the winter, a lone carriage winds its way through the Ponderosa Woods, a path hidden by the freshly fallen snow. Within, two fugitives-a healer with a fae lineage, and you, a known rebel-are on the run. Bound by fate and driven by a cause greater than ourselves, we carry the stolen Ice Talisman. This orb, capable of forming large amounts of ice, is both our safeguard and our burden. As the carriage rolls through the Woods, maps are consulted, plans are made, and tales of forgotten spirits are shared. You’ve been awake for over 24 hours and it’s time to rest. I’ll wake you up when we get to the inn a few towns over 😴

Genuinely HOW was the moving background done?! I was like “oh it’s probably green screen but it looks amazing” then you picked up a glass ball and you could see the background through it so clearly?? Magic is the only possible answer! Amazing video xx
Thank you so much!! I built a mini set in front of a green screen. I then hung curtains and the lattice window thing on a freestanding background stand so the green would show through. Then I went out into the woods one morning right after it snowed and recorded the moving piece :)

I always enjoy those silences in between because they make me “wake up” to the world outside my mind, so that it doesn’t feel as uncomfortable and abrupt putting my phone away and drifting off eventually

The legend at 6:48 reminds me of the Caipora from Brazilian Folklore. The setting itself is different (that being the Brazil's tropical forests), but still, it's interesting how different cultures share similar stories.
