As someone with food service experience, I have to say, Keith actually embodied certain customers I've served before. 😅 The most relatable part was him being upset for the store not serving something he says he got there all the time. Happens more frequently than we can even begin to admit hahahaha

Olivia is like the young mom Karen who tries to be a social media influencer and is part of a pyramid scheme. Keith is like the aggressive 40 year old Karen who can’t stand her own children. Shayne is the passive aggressive older southern Karen who calls you things like “sweetie” and “hun” in the most un-comforting way

As an actual fast food worker, I would say so as well. The other two Karens are too over the top for me. Yeah, they exist in real life, but the more calm and confident Karens are more common.

one of the most humble/wholesome things you’ll see, is 17:22 when Shane smiles, turns to his friend, whispers “you won”, while still smiling, and doesn’t break character. honestly an incredible mindset when he’s in every character. you can tell this is his passion and he’s chasing what he loves.

Olivia's Karen is the annoying Karen. Pretty much harmless, you just want them out of your store asap. Keith's Karen is the eye-roll Karen. As someone who has worked foods, Shane's Karen was easily the most accurate, and terrifying to see from past experience. Keith's was definitely one that you'd see go viral on the internet, and Olivia's was one that you'd find on every Facebook thread.

For me Keith brought classic Karen, Olivia brought modern Karen, but Shayne really stole the show with understated yet sinister Karen, which as a queer, ND suburban midwesterner, I really know how those Karens make me feel all too well.
