- We made some changes to our school room , I love that we can customize and tailor our space to to better suit our growing kids and their interests . Here's a look into our ever changing and growing schoolroom :)
Love this space! So inspiring! I love the nature area! We like to collect things from nature too so why not display it!? I have that same ABC's of Nature book. I think my Grandma gave it to me! ❤ Thank you for the video!

If you had to pick, which is your favorite Ikea furniture for homeschool? I’m thinking trofast for our centers stuff like plus plus, magnatiles, perler beads etc where do you store thing like that

Was it a hard transition for you for him to go to public school? Is your state pretty good at the transition if he doesn’t want to continue and changes his mind? Thank you for this tour of the homeschool room. Def one of my favorite mommas homeschool room and the way you have it all set up. We are renting right now and turned our big dining room into the homeschool area. It can be tight and not as organized but just trying to teach them to put books back nicely how they were. Which my son with adhd has a hard time with that and listening sometimes. Everything for him is fast fast 💨 go go 😂. Will you do a you tube video on lessons or a day in the life homeschool as a video. Would def help me and I’m sure many others just with creativity and how you navigate it. We have only two homeschoolers but have been doing it since school age and still haven’t got it all down 😂
I literally just finished his enrollment process.. when he was first enrolled all I really had to do, was go into the office and sign him out of the school district. They did ask what school he was gonna be attending, I just let them know that I was gonna be homeschooling him.. now today for enrollment. I did have to call the administrator so I can get his information to log back in because he’ll be attending at the same school district, so they still had a file on him. The only complication I had was remembering his student ID email passwords but the administrator was able to help me with all of that, so he is now enrolled.. now, if he changes his mind, if it’s not what he thought it was going to be, we’re not gonna force him to stay. I’ll just go ahead and go back to the school and sign him back out of the school district, how he did the first time.. I don’t know if that’s how it is in every state, but it’s pretty simple here in Texas.

In your opinion is it easier to teach typing on a laptop or a keyboard?

How do you fit the sewing, crafting, etc. into the week?
we don't do it during the day ,school time. Evelyn is pretty self led when it comes to crafting,,, we mostly spend time sewing in the later afternoons or even evenings after dinner . We try to work on at least one sewing project every 2 weeks or so.. we treat them more like hobbies!

Are you not homeschooling them anymore? I’m being confronted with the possibility of sending my older one to middle school with her dad. Can’t decide. 😳😳😳
@@christinemaldonado8973 My boys have their own interest as far as hobbies, most of the crafting, sewing, creating is 100% just Evelyn,, both my boys Wrestle and do JiuJitsu so they stay pretty busy.. V my Eldest will be starting Middle school this coming fall, he'll be starting 8th grade at our local public school, his choice we're just honoring his wishes!

My daughter is entering 6th, and she’s asking me to make the decision for her. Of course I’m leaning toward homeschool, but didn’t want to be “selfish.” The two experiences are so different.
