Amber photoshops a picture of her "bruises", and when confronted with the original and altered photos, says they're same. She then sees two pictures of the same floor, and argues they might be different. This woman. If I were on the jury I'd ignore even a confession from Johnny Depp at this point and vote against her just for insulting my intelligence.

that’s not being rude, that’s strategy. it could be good or bad. if the lawyer is annoyed & loses their cool, that’s bad for them because it looks like they’re losing their cool and they could lose their momentum in questioning. amber directs to the jury to make is less avoidable for them to listen to her. good for them if the jury is also exasperated and amber is frazzled by the talk back of the lawyer. a lot of this is strategic, not personal (unless you or the ppl involved make it)

I wish I could find it again, but I did see an interview (anonymous of course) with a juror who said that her eye contact made them very uncomfortable from the beginning, and that’s why they couldn’t even look at her when she was on the stand.

This is what happens when a narcissist thinks they can do anything and win because they have this false perception of being better than everyone. Amber got absolutely destroyed this entire trial, but she still thinks she’s smart enough to manipulate people around her. It’s so satisfying to watch these types of people collapse by actual professionals.
It gives me hope that more people will learn to spot these red flags. Taking away their power to manipulate is the only option for many of them. I think it will help prevent kids from seeing this as beneficial behavior, too. Less narcissists will form if they are taught this behavior is toxic early on.

From everything I've been told and know of the way my dad treated my mom it sounds to be pretty similar to that situation, they divorced when I was 9 so I can't give a fully accurate outline of their relationship, but I know he put my mom through hell for 22 years, and because of the mental state he was in she just couldn't leave him, and he did everything he could to manipulate her not to leave, yet push her away at the same time. Always threatening things to do to himself if she didn't go and get him alcohol or something like that. So I have some second hand knowledge of that lifestyle, very sorry you had to personally live it, I am lucky in that way for sure, I have the love of my life and plan to keep it that way(:. No AH's in my life haha

I loved the way these females(the judge, Ambers and Johnnys attorneys) were allowed to go after each other at times throughout this trail in ways that I don't think males would have been able to do with females without being crucified in the mass media.
One thing i liked about Johnny’s testimony is that he wasn’t constantly turned to the jury, he was looking at the attorney talking to him. He wasn’t ignoring the jury, but he wasn’t trying hard to convince them by staring at them either. He knew they were there, listening, watching, but he wasn’t begging for their approval and trust by staring at them constantly like Amber is doing. *Felt* more genuine, less of a show.

I saw a video on YT from a man who was in the gallery when AH testified and he said the jury started looking at the lawyer's podium and not looking at AH. They don't like being stared down. Apparently there are 2 women at each end and that is where she looks.

I have the feeling that Amber requested to be called again, probably against Elaine’s will - notice how it was Rotten doing the direct this time instead of Elaine?
