Judging on the turbo's of that LS3. They should be capable of flowing upwards of 1100hp. So safe tune, say 950-1050 @ 6k ish and 800-900Nm @3500. With eth the peak KW should just keep rising, but the bottom end torque would be waste gate controlled to spare the rods. Depends on the build ofc, but this looks/sounds proper.

There is only so much air mass you can shove through a given turbo until it starts to become a choke valve. So it doesn't really matter how much boost, or how high the air density was, in the end of the day, the turbo can only flow so much air. Have you ever seen these chineese turbos advertised as like "500hp turbo" or something. The turbo doesn't add 500 hp, but in a setup capable of making 500+ the turbo will start to bottleneck the system at 500. That's kinda the idea here. P.S. i know cfm is the wrong unit, but people know what that means. It's incorrect because CFM is a measure of a specific air volume and it's velocity, and doesn't account for pressure at all. CFM is calculated at zero psi, which is impossible to have in real world conditions, and doesn't represent the work that air volume can do since there is no factor for force in that equation.

It's the turbo waste gate. It's job is to allow a controlled amount of exhaust to circumvent the turbo controlling the speed of the turbo and preventing it from spinning too fast, this is how they regulate the boost provided by the turbo.

The Peugeot 206 is really nice , best engine swap I've ever seen was the young guy from New Zealand put a formula 2 Judd engine in a Peugeot 306 , or Ryan Tuerek with the new supra with judd engine
at 8:22 it looks to me like a Bi-Turbo not a Twin. Twinturbo is when one is bigger than the other (and yes i know its dumb this way around but trust me it is)

I think the r33 had some weight mods done to it its gliding so well I would say the hp power would be somewhere between 950-1000 for an ls3 😵
