Thank you Tanzania for this egg omelette coz it's amazingggg! It's my all time favorite and i'm glad to share with y'all this easy recipe. I hope you try it and as usual, don't forget to tell me how yours came out. I hope you enjoyyyy!
Ingredients:
- 8-10 potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cut carrot(about 1/4cup chopped)
-1/2 cut green bell pepper(about 1/4cup chopped)
-1 medium onion
-oil
- salt and black pepper to taste

It takes at least 20 min to cook carrots that size. So I am pretty sure that your vegetables are not enough cooked.
